Hello, my friends. The cucumber season is over, this year the summer was very dry and there was little rain. We had quite a good harvest of cucumbers because I always watered the garden. It was enough cucumbers for us so we shared the cucumbers with our neighbors. My cat always helps me in the garden, he is very sociable and willing to play. I started working, pulling out dry cucumbers and weeds and putting them on a wheelbarrow. I took the whole wheelbarrow for chickens, they like to nibble the greenery. I dig a garden bed to loosen soil, chickens were delighted. As always it was a funny day.
The last episode that was originally uploaded on YouTube back in March 2019. This would become my most popular episode of this vlog series. On this episode, I talk about the importance of planting fruit trees. Be sure the fruit trees are grown in compost instead of potting soil.
http://www.gardenandgreen.co.uk Mid August is the height of summer when the weather can be at its hottest, (or of course here in Britain it can also be torrential rain, or perhaps both in one morning) The late summer flowers are out and annuals are at their biggest and best. However, amongst all this vibrant colour there is also the first few signs that Autumn is not too far away with some early flowering plants shedding their petals.
Hello, my friends. Working in the garden with a cat is great fun. My cat is so cute and adorable also very funny. Always makes me smile. Longer video will be soon. See my channel for more https://www.bitchute.com/channel/domanskihomestead/ As always it was a funny day.
I already save seeds from my delicious purple beans by just letting a few good specimens dry on the plants, extract the seeds and keeping them is a cool dark dry place for the winter; but for some vegetables like tomatoes and cucumbers it's a slightly different proceed. Choose carefully your favorite varieties of vegetables and replant them every year, it’s easy.
Here is our homemade cider shreder in use, we removed the deflector plate to see if it made any difference to the throughput but it is about the same as with it fitted, but she shreds way faster than we can load it so I wil build a seperate hopper for next years harvest. We decided to purchase a purpous made cider press which turned out to be cheaper than we could make one out of raw materials, maybe if we can get recycled metals we might make one next season.
Our mark 2 apple shredder in the making, she is made from one inch thick birch plywood which ia an ideal platform for making structural machinery, it also take good threads that can withstand a lot of side pressures.
Here is a few recent gardening tips and a few home made tools for her indoors, the cover picture is of a pair of tools that I made recently from recycled PB 102 grade bronze sheet 1,50mm thick, the planishing helps to work harden the metal after soldering which softens it, the small dimples also encourage small traces of copper to be left behind which the slugs and snails don't like, and after several years using copper tools our slug problem is far less of a problem.

I am very new to gardening but my Mom has so many helpful pointers for someone who wants to start a small vegetable garden. I am so impressed with all her knowledge and she's turned something I had no interest in, into a really fun learning experience.
All Nationalists who wish to become self sufficient for fruits, vegetables and herbs can use Charles Dowding's methods. Visit his channel on Jewtube and download all the videos if needed so that you'll have an excellent reference for setting up your off-grid homestead. We must become Autonomous and able to survive without the Judaised debt slave system. Stop eating shit that has been poisoned or genetically modified by the chosen parasites. Grow your own - it will be more nutritious and delicious anyway... not to mention, cheaper... and you won't need to continually expose yourself to the plague which will eventually spread through built up metropolitan areas with all the concentrated diversity filth breeding there.
In this installment of the Straw Bale Conditioning series I discuss the types of conditioning fertilizers you may want to use. I also show you the conditioning fertilizer that I use and why I use it. Please note that when I say "traditional" fertilizers I am referring to "conventional chemical fertilizers" that are most commonly found in stores today. Self Sufficient Me Published on Aug 16, 2017 These are my five top vegetables that I believe are just too easy to grow! Great for beginners who ask the question, what should I grow in my vegetable garden?
Self Sufficient Me is based on our small 3-acre property/homestead in SE Queensland Australia about 45kms north of Brisbane - the climate is subtropical (similar to Florida). I started SSM in 2011 as a blog website project where I document and write about backyard food growing, self-sufficiency, and urban farming in general. I love sharing my foodie and DIY adventures online so come along with me and let's get into it! Cheers, Mark :)
5 Gal White Paint & Primer ($160) 3 Primary Colors ($75)
Camp 17 Roof ($400)
With the above: FREE Pallet wood can be obtained all the time with a little bit of gas money. The extra battery should be enough to power a table saw. The planer can clean down boards - trim on table saw and the wood glue can be used to make laminated 2x4x8's or whatever kind of boards we want. Folks in the valley will buy them from us. We can also use them for virtually free construction material around the camp. The only thing that isn't sustainable is the wood glue... of which 5 gallons will go a LONG time.
Camp 17 MUST have a metal roof on this community center due to the structure cannot support an earthship style roof. Once done the entire interior can be finished with mostly free materials. The white paint can be made any color with the three primary colors included.
With the router custom molding can be made for free granted all our wood materials are virtually free. We can create a BEAUTIFUL community center people want to live out of (they will have earthship shelters on this 20 acres) relatively DIRT CHEAP!
If we can create this model community and demonstrate an abundant society founded on HONOR, it is my personal feeling that example will motivate others to want to be HONORABLE THEMSELVES. Sound like a good plan?
GREAT! Please JOIN our Discord and show your support!
WE HAVE TO PULL PEOPLE OUT OF THE MATRIX ONE AT A TIME. WE CAN DO IT - AND IT IS TRULY - UP TO US!

It's been a super hot summer so far and it fried my early cucumbers I planted so I thought hey why not try and grow some for a really late fall harvest. Ususally early July would be when you would want to start them in zone 6a but hey I'm game for pushing my zones limits and seeing what can happen.
