If you want some very good technical analysis of the past, present and future situation in the Gold market, then I refer you to a video on the YouTube channel Kinesis Money Live from the Vault Episode 141, entitled, “Deconstructing the Gold Analyst Stockholm Syndrome” featuring the very brilliant Andrew Macguire.

It’s a long and highly technical video in which he uses a lot of industry jargon, but occasionally, he expresses things in plain terms for the likes of us ordinary folk.

He outlines a realistic scenario which, as he says in the video, “will be the undoing of the Western Gold market cartel in very short order.” (22 mins 35 secs)

This means that the price fixing mechanism, the manipulation, will come to an end at some point and it seems like that time is drawing nearer.

When it ends, the price of Gold will go to true market value.

I should say that if you want to know the true price of Gold, you will be disappointed. He doesn’t offer a price of Gold because as it stands no one knows the true price of Gold. He’s right to say this in my opinion.

If you want some very good technical analysis of the past, present and future situation in the Gold market, then I refer you to a video on the YouTube channel Kinesis Money Live from the Vault Episode 141, entitled, “Deconstructing the Gold Analyst Stockholm Syndrome” featuring the very brilliant Andrew Macguire.

It’s a long and highly technical video in which he uses a lot of industry jargon, but occasionally, he expresses things in plain terms for the likes of us ordinary folk.

He outlines a realistic scenario which, as he says in the video, “will be the undoing of the Western Gold market cartel in very short order.” (22 mins 35 secs)

This means that the price fixing mechanism, the manipulation, will come to an end at some point and it seems like that time is drawing nearer.

When it ends, the price of Gold will go to true market value.

I should say that if you want to know the true price of Gold, you will be disappointed. He doesn’t offer a price of Gold because as it stands no one knows the true price of Gold. He’s right to say this in my opinion.

Are Gold and Silver about to break free from the price suppression?
Well … possibly. It would seem that interesting things are happening in the precious metals markets.
The price of Gold has been rising in a number of countries like Turkey and Japan … but this is more of a function of the degradation of their respective currencies than a function of the perceived or true value of Gold.
And so, while these movements in price are significant, there’s something else afoot which is perhaps more important and easier to overlook.
There seems to be a separation occurring between the Western controlled manipulated markets (by which I mean both the COMEX and the LBMA) and the Chinese Shanghai Gold Exchange. The price for Gold and Silver is higher in China as compared to the West.
So this means that Gold and Silver will make their way into China because there’s an arbitrage opportunity. Traders chasing profit will take advantage of this discrepancy.
It’s worth saying that the Shanghai Gold Exchange is a physical market as opposed to the paper market in the West.
And so I think that this will put a significant strain on the Western controlled pricing mechanism.
There’s only so much things can be stretched until something snaps.
For anyone who’s interested, I’ve done a video on manipulation in the precious metals markets.
To my way of thinking there then exists a huge difference between the price now and the true potential price of silver. The suppressed, synthetic spot price is not only at odds with the physical market price, but also with the true, potential price.
I expect that this discrepancy will at some point break the pricing mechanism in the West, the price fixing that goes on in the West … the con game in the COMEX and the LMBA …
When will the control of the price that occurs in COMEX and the LBMA come to an end?
Who can say …
But when it happens, then both Gold and Silver should go to true market value.
The price of precious metals will increase a great deal.
beach ball analogy
It might be helpful to imagine precious metals, gold and silver, as being a gold and silver coloured beach ball. Imagine that our Overlords are in a swimming pool doing all they can to hold that beach ball under the water. If they let go – for whatever reason - the beach ball will fly up out of the water.

I think that when the suppression stops, the beach ball will burst upwards in a very dramatic fashion.

What will the price be? I don’t know. All I will say is that is likely that there will be a short period of time in which it will most likely reach very high prices in currency terms.

And then then it will come back down and settle on the surface of the water.

Where will it settle? Who knows, but be assured that the price going to be substantially higher than it is now in currency terms. The surface of the water is way above us.

This beachball analogy I hope describes the workings of true “price discovery” – the surface of the water being the true market price

Here's a common example of "gold failure mode":

I pay my bank an annual fee to store my physical gold.

(If you're really wealthy with physical gold, the only two options are using a bank or creating a small private army, which comes with its own problems).

That bank has a competitor that instead lends out its depositors' gold for a fee. This competitor bank is then able to offer a reduced or zero annual storage fee, thus stealing all the business from conservative banks that don't lend out their depositors' gold.

Pretty soon you only have partial reserve gold banks, because the banks that didn't do it were driven out of business.

If a lot of people ask for their gold at the same time in a context of fractional reserve banking like this, you then end up with widespread bank failures.

That's when people decide to create or recreate "central banks" that can bail out or stabilize the banking system.

Voila! You've just put your money into the control of very small group of people who will eventually do stupid and corrupt things.

What I’ve said here is therefore basically a restatement of that – I can not claim this as being an original bit of work.
However, in my defence, I wish to say that I had planned on producing a video along these lines for quite a while.
Also, I’ve added some other stuff here and there.

They are good guys. They know what they’re talking about. They are also on the side of the Good in the War that were in.

Gold v Silver – which is better?
Which is better … Gold or Silver?
Both are good, but, in my opinion, Silver is better.
How so? Well, there are a number of metrics and a few facts that are worth considering.
Let’s focus on the metrics first.
Let’s start with the Silver to Gold ratio.
This metric tells us how many Silver ounces it takes to buy one ounce of Gold.
The ratio fluctuates, but at the time of producing this video, the ratio was 81 to 1. So, at the present moment in time, it takes about 81 Silver ounces to buy one ounce of Gold.
I should, at this juncture, say that this calculation is based on the “spot price” on the COMEX. There’s a bifurcation in the precious metals market in terms of price … this is because there are two markets operating more or less in parallel; the paper market and the physical market. This then is not the actual over-the-counter, purchase price. Retailers charge a premium over “spot”. They mark up the price to reflect demand etc. The premium then is not included in this calculation.
Let’s go back to talking about ratios …
In historical terms, for the past 100 years, the average price ratio has been roughly 42 to 1. So, we can say that at present, the price of Silver is almost half what it has been in relation to Gold … historically speaking.
Before we go any further, I also should say that there is no proper price discovery in the precious metals markets. The markets are entirely rigged using Derivatives. So the price as it is, is not a true reflection of the real value of either Silver or Gold. And in actual fact, the manipulation has gone on so long, the true price of precious metals is totally unknown at the present time.
For anyone who’s interested, I’ve done two separate videos about the bifurcated market and market manipulation as part of my precious metals overview series.
Anyway, if we go back in time before market manipulation really got going … so before the Derivatives came into operation in the 1970s, indeed way back further in time, beyond the last 100 years, to circa 1717, to when Sir Issac Newton, of gravity and falling apple fame, was engaged in deliberations to do with the Gold Standard … the ratio back

This video is a follow on from the previous eighteen videos dealing with Central Banking. If you haven’t seen those videos, I’d recommend you doing so before watching this one.

Central banks have been buying a significant amount of Gold in recent years.

There are three things that I want to say about this …

Firstly, if you think this has been done in the best interests of the people that they’re supposed to represent, then you might want to think again on the matter.

The Central Banks around the world like the FED in the States and the Bank of England in the UK are private, for-profit organisatons.

I’m sure a lot of you listening already know this fact, but it is always worth saying in case someone in the audience is unaware of it. We wake people up, one person at a time. That’s how we end the misrule of our Overlords and get our freedom back.

So, going back to the FED in the States … it’s not a Governmental institution. It’s actually a private corporation – a privately owned company. So, the FED is not really Federal. Neither does it have any actual reserves. And it’s not even called a bank. In fact, it’s called a system.

There are some rather unsettling implications that follow from this.

The Gold that they hold should represent the wealth of a nation, but I would seriously question whether it actually does.

To put this in plainer terms … if you think that the gold that they hold belongs to the nation, you might want to reconsider.

Why do I say this? Well, I think that the situation may be similar to how people commonly view ordinary bank accounts.

The following statement might come as a surprise to some in the audience … When you put money into a bank account, that money is no longer yours.

You might believe that the money is yours, after all, you’ve got a bank account with money in it, you get monthly statements etc, but I can assure you that money is not actually yours.

Permit me to explain.

In legal terms, you’re regarded as an “unsecured creditor”.

The definition of an “unsecured creditor” according to Investopdia is, “an individual, or institution that lends money without obtaining specific assets as collateral.”

Let’ consider the “creditor” aspect first and then we can come back to the “collateral” and “unsecured” aspects directly afterwards.

As regards “creditor”, when you deposit money in a bank, you’re lending money to the bank. Another way to say this is you’re giving the bank a line of credit. And so, you’re regarded as a form of investor. The money you put in represents you making an investment with the bank.

Forgive me if any of this is entirely evident to you already. My intention is not to be patronising – just to state things as clearly and simply as possible.

Let’s now consider the “collateral” aspect.

I’m sure you all know what collateral is, but anyhow ... in the ordinary course of events, when you take out a mortgage with a bank, the bank will always hold your house as collateral for the mortgage.
