After finding my V1.0 FPV Ground Station in the attic recently, I decided I had to share it with you. I'd almost forgotten about it! So in this video i'm doing a complete review, demo & teardown all in one detailed Full HD video - Enjoy!

I built this FPV Ground Station V1 while I was living in Thailand, at the time I was running an RC Aerial Photography Business (Vantage AP - Rebranded to VantageCam after a few years). With just some simple hand tools and a small selection of materials, I built this Aerial Photography FPV Ground Station to use while conducting photo / FPV video shoots.

Ground Station For FPV V1 'Ultimate' - Main Specs:
7" TFT 19:9 FPV Monitor
12v SLA Battery (6v X 2 in series)
Aux Power In / Charge Port / Fuse
Internal Microcontroller Basic Stamp 2 (PBASIC)
Mode Button with RGB LED
Built in 2.4Ghz FPV Video Receiver
Full Gimble for pan / tilt, Photo trigger, Gyro on/off etc
Internal (Embedded) Futaba T9CHP RC Controller
Leatherette Panels throughout (base are foam padded)
Auto Eject / Retract Servo Driven RC Antenna Mount
Fast Setup, No Fuss, Straight in the air!
