The case of Sgt. Daniel Perry, who fatally shot Austin BLM protestor Garrett Foster last July, has reached the Travis County Grand Jury, but David Fugitt, the lead detective in the case, provided defense attorneys with a sworn affidavit saying that the Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza suppressed exculpatory evidence from the Grand Jury. After learning about this affidavit, Garza called Interim Police Chief Joseph Chacon. Shortly after the phone call, Assistant Police Chief Richard Guajardo threatened Fugitt with an internal affairs complaint if he didn't retract his affidavit, and gave him a direct order to cease speaking with the defense attorneys representing Daniel Perry. These actions mean that Guajardo committed multiple criminal offenses, including Tampering with a Witness and Abuse of Official Capacity. Guajardo has been placed on restricted duty pending the outcome of the criminal and administrative investigations.

Please stop this action. No one voted to let the government do this. LikE Gay marriAge this is a policy that is not in constitution. That means the 10th amendment leaves it to states. Federal level should not be making word changes and thus making new law. That is treason. Much like when judges do this. 2dn amendment says 'Shall not be infinged' and This action infiges massively. We do not want laws which is what regulations are controlling people when the people have not voted for them and are in vast majority against the law. The USA has a lot of work to do on this front. Obamacare was not voted for by majority and was completely illegal and all 5 supereme court justice who voted for it should be arrested and disbarred. Gay Marriage should also be cancelled at federal level and all case law cancelled regarding it. Title 9 is another horrible law that should be cancelled and is far beyond the original scope. These actions are Treason. They should result in disbarment and deportation if not more harsh actions. Police are not managed efficiently and are not protecting citizens look at the riot mobs by BLM and antifa terrorist groups. Police should use tranquilizer arts and it should be ok to shoot in leg those who flee from police capture. Then make all riot mobs pay for the police services as well as thier parents and schools and universities. The tax payers should not be ultimatly paying for problems created by media and university and schools and miseducation and anti majority hysteria and fake history of oppression. Make the captured criminals for all crimes work for their rent in jail and for thier food and water and keep. Problem creators pay for the fix and more to compensate peaceful citizen for time and pain. Judges and lawyer are out to extract money not protect business and citizens. Conceal carry areas are the most safe in America by far with 10% the gun crime even of England. Where the government gets the idea they can regulation guns in any way is beyond my comprehension. Universities and media need to be defunded until this stops. Media especially is printing fake money with the admoney scam. Universities who do not teach pro America pro Majority ideas should be disbanded and the professors deported and records erased. @nd amendment says shall not be infringed. 1984 showed how changing meaning of words or redefining them is control and evil. Do not do this!! If your idea can not face open above board debate not with windstorms fo misled media or pushed by greedy parasite law firms and real estate usury bankers then your idea should not be passed! This is what we call regulation theft. No regulation should ever be amended except by the legislature! WIth open are vigiourous debate and those that pass things like gay marriage and gun laws being deported and shamed. You are not legally allowed to do this. This should trigger a huge review of other regulations that no one voted for. Cancel and slim down regulations by a huge amount. Any regulation keeps people from doing what they would normally do which means it makes life more expensive. Then the insane practice of pensions which should all be cancelled multiplies this cancer geometrically because they grow without being seen. This is why so many vote for weird things because as gov worker their health care is paid for so they don't care that the prices are out of control usury theft caused by huge amounts of crushing regulations and certifications. Police should be free to stop crime but should not cut off air of citizens or kneel or choke them. Each citizen should be treated as if they have rights but there is not right to destroy property even under guise of some imagined racial or sexual oppression. No way! Make the work to replace damaged property and it should be legal to disable someone by shooting them in the leg if they damage property. Ban riots mobs and shut down universities if they allow such or persecute those who speak freely. We have a lot to cleanup in USA. Women should not have men in thier sports. BASICS. Do not pass this sneeky law redefinig the regulations to grab power. Citizens have a right to make their own arms. The government should have 0 laws controlling guns and deport all politicians judges and academics and media who think differently. These people need to be educated as to what it means to be an American and learn English. No regulatory body should be allowed to make its own policies or laws or redefine 1 word of a law or regulation. Good government can be very good like Xerox Parc but bad government which is a lot of what we have now and what we have here is 1984. Thank you

Florida deputy loses 2 fingers when suspect's homemade gun explodes

Polk County officials said a deputy was injured after a homemade explosive device was triggered outside a Dundee motel.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said a deputy pulled a man over and asked if he had anything that could be used as a weapon. That’s when the suspect, Marco Antonio Tolentino, lifted his shirt to reveal a homemade gun. When the deputy tried to take it, Judd says Tolentino grabbed it and it exploded. A piece of it went through the deputy’s hand, resulting in the loss of two fingers.

The suspect was also hurt. He was shot in the arm but is stable. Tolentino will face charges after he's released from the hospital.

We are not saying that the M&P 15/22 is the perfect for training instead of actually using your 5.56 Rifle (Other).

But, when ammo calibers are hard to find in stores, you have to adapt and overcome.

It will be at Frontier Justice, 800 NE Jones Industrial Park, Lee's Summit, MO 64064.
The event is open to the public, but the signing will take place indoors, so space is limited.

Show your support for the 2nd Amendment - A Call to Action!

The Missouri legislature has only until May 15th to pass the Second Amendment Preservation Act, and there are still "gate keepers" it must get past.

Clearly, the House version, HB 85, is the bill that must move at this late date, and it appears that's what Senate Leadership intends to do. They can't take SAPA to the floor, however, unless the Governmental Accountability and Fiscal Oversight Committee (GAFO) holds a hearing and agrees to vote "do pass."

The VERY BAD news is, that committee is chaired by Senator Lincoln Hough, the senator most responsible for stalling SAPA in 2020.

HB 85 was assigned to his committee a week ago, but he still hasn't scheduled it for the hearing he plans to hold tomorrow (Wednesday). (Check the latest hearing schedule here: https://www.senate.mo.gov/hearingsschedule/hrings.htm#4)

I'm convinced that Senate pro tem Dave Schatz wants to take up and pass HB 85 out of the Senate, but he can't take action until Sen. Lincoln Hough lets the bill go through his committee.

ACTION ITEM:

Call, email, visit in person Senator Lincoln Hough and tell him to immediately vote HB 85 out of committee. He has time, today (Tuesday) to schedule it for his regular hearing tomorrow (Wednesday).
