Am 23. März 1991 wurde eine kurze Nachricht in Form einer Mitteilung des ITV News Bureau Ltd (London) mit dem Titel “Hochtechnologische Psychologische Kriegsführung kommt im Nahen Osten an “, und zwar während der “Operation Desert Storm” im Irak. Darin heisst es: “Ein unglaubliches und hoch klassifiziertes Psycho-Operationsprogramm, das ”Silent Sound“-Techniken nutzt, wurde erfolgreich eingesetzt.” Unterschwellig war eine leistungsstarke Technologie bei der Arbeit.
Ein ausgeklügeltes elektronisches System, das entwickelt wurde, um den Geist des Hörers direkt anzusprechen, seine Gehirnwellen zu ändern und mitzureißen, sein elektroenzephalographisches (EEG) Muster zu manipulieren und somit künstlich negative emotionale Zustände einzupflanzen - Gefühle intensiver Angst, Verzweiflung und Hoffnungslosigkeit wurden in den irakischen Truppen geschaffen. Es implantierte diese Emotionen in ihre Köpfe.
Diese Technologie wird in Kürze verwendet werden, wenn auch auf subtilere Art und Weise, gegen amerikanische Bürger in einer klassifizierten und verdeckten Operation, um die Gesinnung der gesamten Bevölkerung in den “Gehorsam”gegenüber unseren Oberherren der Neuen Weltordnung zu manipulieren und kontrollieren. Die Technologie wird eine Kombination von HAARP Sendern, GWEN Türmen, Mikrowellen-Mobilfunkmasten und dem digitalen Fernsehen benutzen.
Der “Sound of Silence” ist ein militärisch-geheimdienstliches Codewort für bestimmte psycho-elektronische Waffen zur Gesinnungskontrolle, die von dem “modernen” US-Militär intensiv verwendet werden.

Brasilianische Umweltaktivisten bei der Zerstörung einer im Wald gelegenen Haarp-Anlage.
"HAARP" kann als Ionosphärenheizer bezeichnet werden, Hochfrequenz- Ionisphärenpumpe klingt etwas harmloser. Mit solchen Anlagen werden die oberen Schichten der Erdatmosphäre aufgeheizt, hier die verschiedenen Schichten der Ionosphäre über Medisphäre (60 km hoch), Thermosphäre (200 km Höhe) bis zur sog. "Exosphäre" (2.000 km Höhe). Offiziell dienen die Anlagen der Untersuchung der Ionosphäre. Die Frage der militärischen Nutzbarkeit untersucht das US-Militär seit den 1970er Jahren. Hier wird die Versendung von, in der Ionosphäre reflektierten, hohen Energiemengen in die untere Atmosphäre sog. Feindstaaten befürchtet. Ebenso die Beeinflussung geologischer Schichten.
Wie dem auch sei. Von dieser Anlage geht keine Gefahr mehr aus.

So wurden in verschiedenen Ländern Maßnahmen speziell zum Schutz der Kinder und Jugendlichen vor Schäden durch die Mikrowellenstrahlung der Mobilfunktechnik ergriffen:
• Frankreich:
Verbot von WLAN in Krippen. Am 29. Januar 2015 verabschiedete die Mehrheit der Abgeordneten des französischen Parlaments das Gesetz zur Eingrenzung der Exposition der Bevölkerung gegenüber Mikrowellenstrahlung, wie sie durch kabellose Techniken verursacht wird.
• Noch mal Frankreich:
Handyverbot an Grund- und Mittelschulen.
• Italien:
Gericht verbietet WLAN an einer Schule wegen elektrosensibler Schülerin.
• Zypern:
Kein WLAN in Kindergärten.
• Israel:
Der Bürgermeister von Haifa verbietet WLAN an Schulen und Kindergärten.
Doch letztlich braucht es zum vollständigen Schutz aller die Unterstützung der Gemeinschaft, wie sich Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Bundespräsident, beim Kirchentag am 20. Juni 2019 in einer Rede dazu äußerte:
Machen Sie mit, schließen Sie sich einer Bürgerinitiative an oder gründen Sie selber eine. Wer wagt, gewinnt!

If they could modify the weather back in the 1970's, imagine what they can do now with powerful lasers; They can increase or decrease the size of storms and hurricanes for whatever purpose. Provoking the rain by dropping the right chemicals into clouds to stimulate water condensation, has been public knowledge for quite some time, and even for military applications. In the wrong hands, this could do a lot of harm, as theoretically politicians or rogue groups could increase the size of hurricanes heading towards political opposition, and decrease those heading towards political friends, or prevent much needed rain from reaching drought regions; So blaming the weather on politicians, and their fascist globalist puppet-masters, or foreign enemies, it might not be that far-fetched after all. PS: Every technology has the potential to be used for good or evil, as for artificially producing lighting bolts, in isolated places, I have been suggesting it for a long time to produce masses of usable electricity, and not necessarily with lasers, but possibly with powerful water jets, as a cheap conductor for the accumulated atmosphere static electricity, due to constant atoms impacting each other in the air, and lightning could be directed onto a specific target on the ground; But their would need to be a way to capture lighting bolts, and quickly accumulate large amounts of electricity, which could supply whole cities with clean energy. In a way, harnessing atmospheric static energy was probably what Nikola Tesla was trying to do, in the beginning of the 20th century, which would have been a cheap energy source; But the oil industry and those controlling it, wanted people more dependent to their more polluting ways.

HAARP, located in rural Alaska, is a government-created transmitter array that has the power to harness Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves to manipulate the weather, alter the electromagnetic makeup of the atmosphere, and even to control minds and cause pain.
In 1993, The US Air Force began construction on a $290 million project that would enable the government’s foremost atmospheric researchers to study the ionosphere — the top layer of the Earth’s atmosphere. The research center, now run by the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, is called the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HAARP, and is located in the frozen wilderness of Gakona, Alaska.
Situated in the remote wilderness of an already low-population state — purportedly to promote secrecy — HAARP features 360 radio transmitters, 180 antennas, and 5 powerful generators that create geometric patterns in every direction when turned on. The antennas, each a foot thick and stretching 72 feet into the sky, continue to raise eyebrows.
Shortly after the facility opened, the public began reporting strange phenomena — not only in the region, but around the world. Activists challenged HAARP’s activities, vocally questioning what the organization was really up to. While the government continues to deny any connection with changes in weather, frequencies of earthquakes, and chemtrails in the skies, it has made deliberate efforts to quell suspicions about the nature of its operations. Yet these are not nearly enough to quiet HAARP’s notable detractors, including former Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez and former Minnesota Governor, Jesse Ventura.
One of the most popular and far-reaching accusations against HAARP is that the organization deliberately creates destruction on a global scale, causing earthquakes, cyclones, flooding, snowstorms, and other disasters, around the world.
The concept of mind control goes back centuries, if not millennia. While manipulation of people’s moods, emotions, and decisions has long been the way to control the masses, it is only recently that technology has been employed to do the job efficiently. What was once science fiction is now fact. HAARP critics claim the facility is attacking the citizens of the world telepathically, influencing thoughts with low frequency vibrations.
In 2013, former Central Intelligence Agency employee Edward Snowden leaked classified government files, some revealing HAARP’s numerous global surveillance systems. Allegations are that natural geomagnetic waves are being replaced with artificial VLF (very low frequency) ground waves matching the frequency of human brainwaves, thus influencing human behavior. It’s said that HAARP also uses cell phone towers as electrical stimulation conductors, able to reach and affect entire regions.
In a peer reviewed report, “Physical Control of the Mind: Toward a Psychocivilized Society,” Yale University’s professor of physiology Jose Delgado, PhD, the pioneer of electromagnetic mind control, states that it is possible to control human movements, glandular functions, and specific mental manifestations using electromagnetic stimulation.
