#invictus

the main topic i'm bringing out is the poem: Invictus
i think it's a horrible attitude from a guy that suffered all his life & didn't take it well. it quotes the verse about broad is the gate that leads to destruction & denies its validity. it's an interesting passage. it would seem that according to that passage, most people are not going to Heaven, unless it's just talking about our Pilgrim's progress in this life.

In einem kaputten Wertesystem voll von Drogen, medialen Sümpfen und sozialer Spaltung, appelliert Ares an die Jugend von heute. Ständig aufkommender Druck und ein verschobenes Weltbild, lassen immer mehr Jugendliche vom Weg abkommen. Gemeinschaft, Zusammenhalt und Loyalität scheinen in Vergessenheit zu geraten.

Ares ist weder "rechts" noch "links", er definiert lediglich Impressionen. Ares fordert, den Patriotismus endlich wieder zu legitimieren. Sein Land und sein Volk zu lieben, ist weder fremdenfeindlich noch verwerflich, es ist das normalste der Welt. Nur wer sich selbst respektiert und schätzt, kann Fremden offen und freundlich gegenübertreten. Wir sollen unsere Wurzeln, unsere Liebe zu Vaterland und Volk leugnen, Ares wird sich dem nicht beugen.
