We are hurdling towards a totalitarian technocracy where the last people in the world you want holding the rudder are going to get massive control of the rudder.
Even a month of two of sustained propaganda tends to rewire about 80% of people's brains. People slowly reset their frame of reference, they unconsciously choose to align with the herd, and reset their frame of reference, because they convince themselves all the experts can't be wrong. Once they realign themselves they become very hard to bring back with facts.
Now everyone is invested -- politicians, academics and media, and they can't admit they were wrong.
We have a problem, and the problem has to do with neurological circuitry unfortunately. It was demonstrated decades ago that even a month of two of sustained propaganda rewires people's brains. We're herd animals, and people slowly in their brains reset their frame of reference, and decide to align with the experts, because its causing a lot of internal tension.

Kinzen are a bunch of ex-journalists in Ireland, linked in to the 'fact checking network. The Irish Health service (a government body) hired and paid Kinzen $200,000 NZ$ to literally troll the internet to find anything against the government narrative. Anyone who said anything against the government narrative got into the daily report. Kinzen also lobbied the Irish Department of Health to hide the fact that they were doing this reporting. So there was collusion between journalists and media.
Journos wouldn't know science if it came up and bit them. We have journalists judging technical people (Ph.D experts). Its like a clown show, its clown show with the 'fact checkers'.

All you really need to know is that regular flu has a survival rate of 99.9% and COVID-19 has a survival rate of 99.8% (99.77% to be precise), a rate which will probably converge upon 99.9% as it moves further & further away from being a novel virus & toward a state of equilibrium within the population.
The quickest way to debunk all the nonsense of 2020 when speaking with people is to simply provide them with these two survival rates for comparison, then drop the mic and stroll off, only lingering long enough to enjoy the look of horror on their face as they come to terms with the fact their rulers & media have been scamming them throughout all of 2020, and in all probability, their entire lives.
After the mic-drop moment, consider following up with a bit of food for thought:
"If they lied to you about the severity of a novel respiratory virus, and on a scale so vast, ask yourself what else they might have been lying to you about. If they're willing to lie to you so brazenly in the present, when it's so easy to fact-check them in real time, just think how much more they'd be willing to lie to you about past events. As those of you who have been following my COVID-1984 series will be aware, the worldwide response to COVID is nothing but a wealth- & power-grab by the elites of this world. Given that the infection fatality rate is 0.23%, weighted across all ages (much lower when you exclude the over 70s, & many times lower still when you exclude those without underlying health conditions), and therefore well within the envelope for regular seasonal flu, the response to this virus has been about as warranted as amputating a foot to cure an ingrowing toenail. Then again, the elites never were the kind of people to let facts get in the way of a good narrative, particularly a narrative which helps them advance their globalist agenda of more wealth and power for themselves at the expense of the great masses.
When you can get people to believe that death is the worse fate that can befall them there is no limit to the number of hoops you can get them to jump through in order to avoid that fate. It would be nigh on impossible to inflict such draconian restrictions and impositions on a population that feared dishonour and loss of self-respect more than it feared loss of life or a perceived loss of social standing. A society that feared dishonour more than death would be impossible to tyrannise.
Lesson for 2021: When men's laws become unjust, rebellion becomes a duty.

Remember, folks: This is a virus so deadly that the vast majority of people have to take a test to find out whether they've had it or not.
With a 0.23% overall infection fatality rate (the latest best estimate according to an October study by Dr John Ionidas of the WHO), a rate comparable to the seasonal flu, and a rate which falls precipitously to 0.05% when you exclude the over 70s (and falling much further than that for those under 70 without preexisting health conditions), it should be clear to all by now that the draconian, freedom-curbing measures being imposed on our societies by today's rootless, corrupt, psychopathic elites are not about controlling the virus but about controlling YOU, and using the unwarranted fear and panic they've stoked up to advance their social engineering agenda.
This fear cannot be imposed in a top-down fashion indefinitely. They need you, the public, to advertise the fear on their behalf. That's why these megaolomaniacal global technocrats and oligarchs are attempting to muzzle everyone (literally) and are funding the endless COVID propaganda you see on your TV screens. It's to bombard you with an unending series of visible cues that will keep you in a constant state of fear, panic and alarm (and therefore mental pliability) so that you think a negligible threat is a constant menace to your safety.
They're trying to condition you not only to be subservient, but to make those around you subservient by programming you to police the behaviour of others as much as you police yourself.

Furthermore, with a 0.23% overall infection fatality rate (the latest best estimate according to the WHO), a rate comparable to the seasonal flu, and a rate which falls precipitously to 0.05% when you exclude the over 70s), the cost of having this virus around seems well worth the benefits, especially when you consider that it appears to have cured deaths due to all other causes. For example, did you know that there hasn't been a single death due to old age since March 2020? Quite the panacea Corona Chan is proving to be, don't you think?

A note from Vigilante Jesus on false positives:
Every competent medical professional and statistician knows that a test for a low prevalence virus or disease is next to useless when performed on healthy people who do not otherwise suspect they have the virus in question. This is because of the false positive rate. This is how we know random testing for COVID is a complete scam to create the illusion of a massive threat in the form of a casedemic to cover up the fact that we're a few months past the peak threat of the pandemic itself. This is no longer about controlling a pandemic (in any case, they couldn't do that any more than King Canute could hold back the tides). This is about controlling YOU!
If you read my next couple of paragraphs I'll make it real easy for everyone to understand the maths of this:
Pick out 1,000 people from the UK population at random. Given an infection rate of 0.2% (ONS figure for infection prevalence during winter months), we can expect 2 of those 1,000 to be infected and to test positive accordingly (I'll assume, for simplicity, there are no false negatives). But given Matt Hancock's claimed false positive rate of 0.8% (unlikely to be that low for any test, but we'll give the test the benefit of the doubt), 8 people who are not infected will also test positive for COVID. This gives us 10 COVID-positive results overall. But we know that out of those 10 positives, only 2 are actually infected. So the probability of infection given a positive result is 0.2 and the ratio of infections to false positives will be 1 actual infection to 4 false positives.
As if it weren't bad enough that the news media has switched from a pandemic to a casedemic to keep the fear levels high, they've switched to a false positive casedemic at that, whereby the cases they record are likely to be at least five times the actual infections due to the false positive rate. If the false positive rate is 2% (more in line with the average f.p rate for all tests), a test on healthy people will throw up 10 times more false positives than actual infections!
This is why tests for viruses (particularly low-prevalence viruses) on healthy people can never give meaningful results. The test can only be reliable when patients have good reason to suspect they already have the virus which is being tested for.
