Think about the reverse for a moment... Imagine, lets say, a pro-American Nationalist traveling freely down the roadway & he stops at a busy downtown intersection at a red light.
He notices pro-Israeli jews to his right holding signs displaying their ideals and/or propaganda (these activists jews are not in the street mind you but off to the side on the public sidewalk free to go about their business like anyone can do in America.) This man in his vehicle at the stop light, so disturbed by words on signs with other men promoting those thoughts/beliefs, decides to remove himself from his vehicle while still in traffic impeding now AND distracting other motorists so he can assert his will & provoke said "activists" (the pro-Israeli jews) on the sidewalk. The man now out of his vehicle of his own accord proceeds to walk directly toward the oldest man in the group and physically assault him by pushing him. At this point (after the man from the vehicle physically accosted a member of their party) other members, who were peacefully protesting prior to the now violent engagement from the pro-American Nationalist (who exited his vehicle into traffic leaving running automobile unattended), come to the aid of their older attacked member of their party and push the driver back toward his vehicle, perhaps using profanity and spitting even.
☝️Now THAT event would literally land that driver above in JAIL with potential "hate crime" charges for accosting a man freely exercising his unalienable rights.
