there's so many good lessons from the Lord of the Rings trilogy. You could put them on a 30 minute video if you cut out all the violence & destruction porn. it seems Tolkien hit on several different themes, one being the supernatural element of the war between good & evil & another one being the proliferation of war for profit. the devil wants to eliminate the human race & war has always been one of his favorites. also, life is a struggle, it's not for wimps. it's a test with eternal consequences.
