#jurynullification

There are so many horribly inappropriate laws defining punishments for things that aren't crimes. Unfortunately, the state and its propagandists have managed to make the phrase "Jury Nullification" sound crankish to most people.

So we don't use the phrase--not if we can avoid it. In this video, I describe my approach to a jury summons I got several years ago where I managed to promote the spirit of jury nullification (if not the name) to the entire jury pool without (I think) looking too crankish or weird. Since then, I haven't received a single jury summons, and maybe this is why. But if promoting independent thought by juries gets one blacklisted from jury duty, then we may as well make our points on the way out as clearly and sympathetically as possible!

Make sure to scrub your electronic footprint of all mention of jury nullification. No victim, no crime.

I never knew what jury nullification meant and now I do. The criminal justice system is just an extension of the criminal government. It's full of criminals (judges, prosecutors, and lawyers) who are there to make sure we go to jail and they line their pockets and show off about how many cases they won and how many so-called "criminals" they put into the private prison system.

The entire system is structured in such a way that the criminals who have money and power go free, while us slaves are thrown in jail for the stupidest of laws.

And it's not just so they can make money, I believe it's also so they can see our pain and they can devastate our lives.

Remember weak sick people CAN'T fight BACK!

The entire system has ALWAYS made me sick. I knew it was tainted by the age of 18.

Jury Nullification is for situations like the MeToo era sexual assault prosecutions. If women who got raped want to be referred to as survivors instead of victims, sexual assault becomes a victimless crime!
