* In 1986, Congress set up National Vaccine Acts, which included no legal, criminal, or civil liability against the Big Pharma bio-weapons' manufacturers. Big Pharma was undoubtedly spending millions and billions in bribes to the military, and election campaigns of certain members of Congress, the Senate, and Chief Executive Ronald Reagan.

* World Health Org (WHO) is a UN military organization 1st and foremost.

* In 1997/1998, Congress passed Emergency Use Authorization program, which initially prohibited testing on people in the military, but 3-days later, they passed a new law that allowed the vaccines to be used on the entire US population, including the military. They also transferred the biological weapons stockpiles, including biological, chemical, radiological, and nuclear stockpiles from DOD's control to the HHS/CDC control.

* From 2000-2002, the country was put into a permanent State of War, thus authorizing the military to enforce the distribution and delivery of weaponized 'vaccines' on the global public at large, under their twisted interpretation of the 'Global War on Terror'. Other countries adopted similar State of War justifications for forcing compliance on the unsuspecting public.
