É isso mesmo que você leu, certamente não vai encontrar algo mais bizarro hoje. Um imigrante marroquino que circulava pelas ruas de Voghera, cidade na região da Lombardia (norte da Itália), tinha o sobrenome Bucetáui e foi assassinado por um ex-policial ligado ao partido Lega, de Matteo Salvini: http://youtu.be/89_yB487Qio (íntegra do jornal). Yunes el-Busetawi, grafado na mídia italiana como Youns El Boussettaoui, tinha 39 anos, vivia em situação de rua e aparentemente sofria de transtornos mentais.
Na frente de um restaurante da praça Meardi, começou a incomodar alguns clientes ao ar livre com atitudes desconexas, e o ex-policial e assessor municipal de segurança indicado pela Lega, Massimo Adriatici, aproximou-se dele com uma pistola na mão. Tendo sido empurrado por el-Busetawi, acabou disparando a arma, alegadamente por acidente, ainda que se estejam investigando as circunstâncias. O partido de direita alega que Adriatici exerceu um direito à legítima defesa, mas analistas criticam que o marroquino não tinha nenhum objeto à mão pra defesa pessoal. As tensões aumentam ainda mais em se tratando de imigrantes e de partidos anti-imigração.
Eu mesmo traduzi de ouvido, direto do italiano, mas com um pouco de dificuldade por causa do forte sotaque local, então não sei se está tudo certo. Matteo Salvini: Italy is the engine of the EU Renaissance
Italy's firebrand deputy prime minister Matteo Salvini is trying to create a populist alliance to take on the Brussels establishment in a showdown over the future of the European Union.
Mr Salvini, who leads the nationalist, anti-immigrant League party, pledged to create a “new European spring” ahead of the European Parliament elections in May and to work with Poland’s ruling populists. He pledged to rally Eurosceptic allies to take on the likes of French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel and forge a “new equilibrium” to challenge the traditional pro-EU axis between Paris and Berlin.
Mr Salvini believes he has much in common with Poland’s populists, including opposition to accepting migrants and criticism of the way in which Brussels imposes rules on national budgets.
But his admiration and support for Vladimir Putin has put him at odds with some in Poland where opposition leader
Grzegorz Schetyna branded the Lega party a "nationalist, radical and pro-Russian party."
Speaking alongside his Polish counterpart Joachim Brudzinski during a visit to Warsaw, Mr Salvini said: "The Europe that will be born in June will have a different pace compared to the one of today, which is guided by bureaucrats.
