• While SARS-CoV-2 likely came from a bat, overwhelming evidence suggests it did not become infectious to humans through natural evolution
• A recent article by Independent Science News editor Jonathan Latham presents several different lab origin hypotheses
• Latham also exposes the fact that the Wuhan Institute of Virology failed to identify that a seven-year-old virus sample they have is the closest known precursor to SARS-CoV-2
• Many who defend the all-natural zoonotic origin story justify their stance by saying there are no signs of genetic manipulation. However, there are several ways to manipulate a virus without leaving telltale markers
• This closest-known relative was already in the genetic database under the name BtCoV/4991. However, when it was resequenced following the COVID-19 outbreak, they simply renamed that old virus, which has been on ice for seven years. Whether additional genetic manipulation was done to 4991 to create SARS-CoV-2 is unclear

In this video, Dr. Mercola interviews three experts on their insights on how increasing vitamin D levels may help against COVID-19.

• GrassrootsHealth recently conducted a review of an observational study involving 212 patients who had COVID-19, identifying a correlation between vitamin D levels and disease severity. Those with the mildest disease had the highest vitamin D levels, and vice versa
• A second study found those with a vitamin D level between 20 ng/mL and 30 ng/mL had a sevenfold higher risk of death than those with a level above 30 ng/mL. Having a level below 20 ng/mL was associated with a 12 times higher risk of death, compared to having a level above 30 ng/mL
• The color of your skin has correlations to your vitamin D level, and we’re also seeing racial disparities in COVID-19. In Detroit, Michigan, where blacks account for 14% of the population, they account for 40% of COVID-19 deaths
• It’s important for people with darker skin to realize that the more melanin you have, the more sun exposure you require to make sufficient amounts of vitamin D, and many may need to take a supplement
• According to the research done by GrassrootsHealth’s panel of 48 vitamin D researchers, 40 ng/mL is the lower edge of optimal, with 60 ng/mL to 80 ng/mL being ideal for health and disease prevention

* Una formula a base de miel de abeja+propoleo+ ajo macerado +aloe vera+ limón entero(usen licuadora ya que la cascara de limon aporta mucha vitamina c)
* Consideren el aceite de coco en su dieta debido a que el ácido laúrico es bueno contra bacterias, virus y hogos.
* Aceites esenciales (cuidado con las imitaciones baratas que tiene sustancias tóxicas y derivados de petroleo, compren real y calidad aceptable) tanto de forma tópica, respiratoria y oral(pequeñas cantidades y diluido con un portador como:azucar,miel,aceite vegetal; checar con médico),como el de Ravintsara, oregano, eucalipto y limón. No se sugiere se intente vía intravenosa pues puede ser peligroso.

- BFR allows you to significantly enhance strength and muscle mass using as little as zero to 30% of your single-rep max weight
- When using BFR, you’re essentially tricking your body into believing that it’s lifting a weight far heavier than you actually are. As a result, you’re able to get the benefits of heavy lifting with none of the damage
BFR training may be an ideal muscle-strengthening strategy for most people, but especially for the elderly, the injured and the untrained
- During BFR training, the slow twitch Type I muscle fibers become highly fatigued, necessitating the recruitment of fast twitch Type II muscle fibers as the exercise progresses. This explains how BFR training can deliver results similar to or better than conventional weight training, despite the use of light weight
