“The purpose of the locks and dams is to create a series of steps which river tows and other boats either climb or descend as they travel upstream or downstream.” -U.S. Army Core of Engineers

Sometimes life can be series of navigating not so good waters.

Navigating sandbars that may strand you, or obstacles that if are consistently run into are hit, can damage a hull and sink you.
Sand traps and obstacles will always be there, it is what you do with the knowledge you have acquired that keeps you from sinking, or running aground.

The locks and dams of life are there to guide you in steps, up and down the waterways,(emotions), where unexpected happenstance can set you back.

When looked at with clear and truthful eyes, trust in the Almighty Father for guidance around any turbulence, sand trap, or set back.

Smooth sailing, calm waters, and bright skies are ahead. Have Faith.
