targets who are aware, know they get "campaigned" and "nominated" for analysis and CON munity "investigation" (basically target is slandered for profit to harrass). last neighbor upstairs above me was slamming incredibly HEAVY objects in 5x5 ceiling space over my head. every 3-5 mins. all day. (I remote work). now this CON struction "master" craft builder making noise for "repairs" noise are unnecessary for the work. same manner as the last guy, slamming incredibly HEAVY objects into 5x5 ceiling space ONLY over my head with no known reason at least for "repairs", for 9-10 hours a day. 12 weeks. 3 months. everyday every 3-5mins. shakes the whole house. actors all totally "friendly in the face" types too. and all active-denial protocol. do not know how or why I put up with this. the intended purpose is for the target to snap and incriminate while they get paid. one of my last neighbors who lived here, who i also caught parking in a local police parking lot with all the church stickers on his car his name was "Chow" like bye bye sucker. They call it making someone "hotstuff" or "you're dead".
When a target moves the production teams follows trade offs and activates at the targets updated location. its a fun game for the production role players, surveyors, "investigators", secret shoppers.

They also moved in the Taiwanian Air Force training base to TIA. The good people of South Tucson have to be subjected to all the air traffic noise from our government training all the other nations of the world to boot. Unfucking believable.

This has to be one of the best packaged and presented ear plug sets I have ever tried and a refreshing change to see some real care and attention given to this otherwise rather mundane product.
In general, there are three basic types of earplugs.
Traditional wax plugs – effective but uncomfortable, messy and hard to reuse
Foam – lightweight, comfortable but ineffective
Silicone – lightweight, comfortable and fairly effective
This is one of the best and most effective silicone sets I have yet tried.
In the box are two sizes of earplugs included, one set with a 13.5mm diameter and the other 14.5mm, a heavy-duty metal case with a screw top and mounting ring, a set of cleaning wipes, and a well written and easy to read colour user guide. I have to say I was deeply impressed by the build quality throughout, the earplugs are made from liquid silicone with a plastic core and a tiny handle grip along the edge and the carry case seems virtually bulletproof!
To get the best results from this set it is important to fit them correctly. You have to lift and hold the ear and gently rotate the plugs into position. When in place they do attenuate the sound quite well - as much as SNR 23dB we are told - although perhaps less so than the messy and uncomfortable wax rivals. Each plug has a tiny silicone grab handle to make it easier to retrieve them after use, a feature seldom seen on rival products. Once in place, they are very comfortable and it is easy to forget they are there. It is possible to sleep with them in place even with the head on the pillow sideways on. The plugs are designed for long-term use and the heavy-duty metal case makes storing them safely far easier.
If you need a set of silicone earplugs then I doubt you will find a better kit than this for long or short term use and well worth the £12.99 price.

Choose a place to set up your studio which has the least background noise (see list of noises below)
Keep your mouth very close to the microphone when speaking (1-4 inches away)
Use a dynamic microphone instead of a condenser because condensers typically pick up lots more background noise.
Noises you want to be aware of and then minimize:
Inside your “studio:” Air ventilation ducts, computer fans, squeaky chairs, etc.
Outside your “studio” but inside the house: Other people in your house making noise (kitchen noise, TV’s, kids playing…), pets making noise, etc.
Outside the house: Passing cars and trucks, lawn mower noise, rain, dogs barking, etc.

Own method of baking sourdough (rye) bread, based on a lot of experiments.
At your own risk and no guarantees!
(Btw: Always use organic ingredients)
Don't store the bread in plastic, but let it breath freely. It stays fine for 1 week at least.
In case you have fruitflies in your kitchen (they love this bread as well), you can put
the bread back in the oven dish. In case they still come in, put a towel over it.
