There's quite a bit more to not getting sick than just eliminating toxic food from diet but unless you take this step your health cannot ever improve. The standards for what is and is not toxic food are pretty much set in stone for all people. The main core foods that you can't eat will not ever change for anybody.. Unless you start with this knowledge you cannot ever change your health for the better.
If you know me and you don't already know everything I go over here you can literally eat my shit. That is assuming that you have anything to say that is negative about me. because of the fact that I share information to help people. Because that's literally all I do. Whatever arguments and other garbage that comes after this is on you being a miserable puke who doesn't want to learn. Which is basically everyone who knows me in real life. That's also most of you who don't know me. But I will give those who personally do not know me an extended grace period to become acquainted with the material. For all of you abject cowards who know me personally and carry a negative opinion about me in any way you are a piece of shit who is cordially invited to dine on a large steaming pile of my perfectly healthy stools. I shit about 4 times a day because that's how regular and healthy I am, so I have tons of my shit to pass around for all of you cowards to eat. I'll feed it to you myself if you want. I'll feed you like a king. For all of you clowns who negatively view me and don't know what I'm trying to do to help this world you are all abject pieces of trash. I don't even respect you enough to feel hatred towards any of you. I just want you to eat my shit because of how much of an unthinking coward you are. I have literally done nothing but share this information for a decade. Literally I have directly stated to every single person I know on a nearly daily basis for over a decade that we already have the cure for every disease on earth. We know essentially everything we can know about how to obtain optimal human health and have for a long time now. There is literally no excuse for any of you to have health problems of any kind. If you know me I have not only said this, but I have proven it for a decade. For any single person who wants to challenge me on any of this I will provide everything you could possibly dream of for you to listen to and take notes on so you too can do like I have, and ensure that you can never get sick again. Just ask me for the documentation for all that I am saying here. I'll literally give you a giant list of links to follow and books to obtain so you can learn all of this on your own. It's going to take you a while. I'm still refining my information even though I've been actively changing my health from nothing to the best on planet earth for a decade. Just ask me for the information. There is nothing secret about any of this. Literally all it takes is for you to take what little precious time you have in this life and spend some of it learning everything you can on how to extend both your life and also drastically improve your quality of life. But what I have gathered is that this is a two-fold problem. The first problem we run into is that you are literally too stupid to know how valuable these lectures that I constantly have shared with every person who has ever come into contact with me is. You literally are too dumb to even recognize what is and is not valuable information. If you aren't then prove me wrong and learn this for your own self. If not please stop speaking to me. We're wasting both out time. You could be out there killing yourself faster than you already are. I simply don't give a NYC sewer rats ass about what you got to say to me. I could be using that time to do things like not watch some baby have an emotional reaction to the Godly truth that one must always have personal responsibility at the fore-front of all they do. The second problem lies within the cowardice that is represented by limited intellect. This problem is a problem on a variety of levels. Not only is your cowardice preventing you from taking a stand on anything at all its also preventing you from breaking out of your mundane routine of bullshit and injecting new thinking and new knowledge into your life plan.

Sunday Recap:
Dropping calories to 2300 k/cal from 4000 k/cal. has been difficult. I've been hungry....especially around the times 7:00 pm- 10:00 pm. There's been some benefits and some detriments. Here's some things that work and some things that need to change.
1. I need to up my protein intake significantly. One way or another I'm going to have to restructure the eating schedule to allow more protein for the amount of training I'm doing.
2. Carb levels are solidly low while I'm keeping a good amount of energy. One of the biggest side effects of eating low-carb is having issues with low-energy. I'm not really experiencing that which is good.
3. Sleep has been fantastic. As soon as my head hits the pillow I AM OUT LIKE A LIGHT. I've been falling asleep around 11:00 pm and waking up at 5:00 am. feeling energized and refreshed.
4. Muscle soreness is at a moderate level, but I think when I correct my protein intake it should taper off as the muscle fibers will have enough protein to heal faster.
5. Mentally, I'm feeling way sharper and have been feeling much more positive. Generally speaking, having a positive goal and purpose has done wonders for my overall confidence, focus, and has allowed me to make exponential advances on projects I had all but given up on for the last few years or so.
In conclusion, I would highly suggest doing a food journal and tweaking your food/beverage intake to hit the macro nutritional values needed to get the body you want. Even small changes can have a huge positive effect on overall wellbeing fairly quick (i.e. 3-7 days).
It's kinda a no-brainer when you think about it. Stay tuned for more updates.

It's great to see that there's more getting out into the mainstream about how much seaweed can play a role in our diet.
When you eat seaweed, benefits can include improving thyroid function, reducing the body's tendency to be able to absorb bad fats, improving skin tone, bone and connective tissue health, and my favorite; getting closer to being alkaline!
