Unequal Citizens
CITIZENSHIP SPECIFIES who is a member of the polity. It is axiomatic among us that only “Whites” (in some sense, which must be carefully and explicitly defined) can be citizens, whereas non-Whites cannot and should not be. It is this aspect of citizenship that demands the most careful attention.
Citizenship establishes the baseline or minimal condition specifying Who Belongs to the community or political family. Current circumstances dictate that it be race-based.
But citizenship is complex. Historically, in the U.S., not all citizens were equal before the law. Nor need they be in theory.
Because citizens even in racially homogeneous communities will inevitably be unequal, one can picture citizenship as a status hierarchy, with some citizens possessing superior status in relation to others. I am referring to formal citizenship, not status that varies according to economic, occupational, market, political, or social outcomes, which also exists in every society.
Bundle of rights conceived as a bundle of sticks.
But perhaps a better way of conceptualizing citizenship is as a bundle of legal rights, with rights varying between individuals and groups.
It is advisable to make the idea of unequal citizenship explicit for two reasons.
One is that inequality is inevitable. An easy example to point to is age restrictions on voting or holding office.
The U.S. Constitution had to be amended in order to compel States, localities, and the Federal government to extend the vote to 18-, 19-, and 20-year-olds (the 26th Amendment in 1971).
To hold public office (a different thing from voting), a person must be at least 35 (and not foreign born) to serve as President or Vice President, 30 for the U.S. Senate, and 25 for the House of Representatives.
Most States establish their own age requirements for the offices of Governor, State Senator, and State Representative. Some specify a minimum age (usually 21 or 18) for any elective office.
Even service on a jury can be limited to people 21 years of age or older, depending on the State.
In other words, children and adults below certain ages are unquestionably citizens, yet lack certain rights or opportunities that other citizens possess.
Another reason for making unequal citizenship explicit is that most White racialists, like their Jewish counterparts, are fervent elitists. They believe some Whites are superior to others (which is unquestionably true) and seek to deliberately remake mankind in radical ways that will maximize superior qualities and minimize inferior ones.
Such advocates are confident that they, personally, will belong to the favored in-group(s) of the future, that a new social hierarchy emerging from chaotic societal collapse, devolution, or struggle will embody their particular vision of what a good hierarchy should be, and that highly complex medical and genetic interventions, social programs, and planned societies are relatively easy to design and implement, and will function as envisioned.
Any within-group legal differentiation by sex, IQ, property ownership, party membership, marital status, reproduction, eugenics, etc., if enacted, would create dissimilar bundles of citizenship rights between groups and individuals of the same race.
U.S. History
Many real-world examples of unequal citizenship can be found in U.S. history. Though somewhat “messy” from an organic point of view, many disparate experiments conducted over several centuries in colonies, States, Territories, and the three branches of the Federal government offer useful lessons.
For example, in the Northwest Territory, and the many Territories modeled after it, to serve in the Territorial legislature a man (only men could serve) had to own at least 200 acres of land in the district he sought to represent.
But let’s focus on the right to vote, because today voting is considered intrinsic to citizenship. This was not always the case.
The vast majority of Blacks and Indians were not citizens and could not vote.
The 13th Amendment (1865) permanently emancipated the slaves and abolished slavery as an institution. But it did not make Blacks citizens.
The 14th Amendment (1868) made them citizens of the United States (thereby nullifying the Supreme Court’s 1857 decision in Dred Scott), and of the States they resided in. But, though citizens, they still did not conclusively have a right to vote.

SCOTT MCMEEKIN’S BOOK Stalin’s War (2021) is eye-opening and stomach-churning. It reveals in fine detail and straightforward prose that everything you heard about the communist subversion of America is not only absolutely true but is even much worse than you’ve been led to believe. Every true American should read it, to find out about the origins of today’s Red America.
McMeekin is a professor in good standing at Bard College, so naturally he is reticent about the all-important Jewish factor, but anyone can read between the lines. The president of Bard College is Leon Botstein, whose daughter is Ken Burns’ longtime collaborator. This Jewess just pumped out a poisonous documentary about America and the “Holocaust.” So McMeekin is not exactly going to print the name of every Jew in blue; though, if he did, the text would look like the inside of a Zyklon canister.
The truth is this: If you control the media and the educational system in a country for going on decades you can get people to believe anything, no matter how outlandish. Members of the Bush team who met with Gorbachev after the USSR fell swear that he sincerely believed that the material aid provided by America to the Soviets in World War 2 was insignificant. That means that an entire society from top to bottom had been deluded — a situation we fast approach, though on other and far more important issues.
Remember the term “Red Scare” from the post-World War 1 era, and how the alarm over communist infiltration of American institutions was supposedly so exaggerated?
It was not exaggerated. It was all true.
Notice how FDR is lionized and McCarthy is spat on? The reverse should be true.
Remember the Hollywood Blacklist and how it “stifled creativity and freedom of expression”? The ones they said were communists were all communists. (Though the blacklist purposely never touched the upper echelon men at the studios, and it should have.) And a huge percentage of them were Jews, too.
And remember how World War 2 was the “good war”?
Well, nothing could be further from the truth.
Any more victories like that and we are done for.
This is all what comes when Jews control your media and your education system for decades. Pretty soon the entire society is brainwashed from top to bottom. Anyone telling the truth will be looked at as if he had three eyes. And just about everything that people think they know as a matter of course, everything that is “obviously true,” is a lie.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt despised Germans from the beginning. He thought the Versailles treaty was too lenient, that after the Great War the Allies should have subjugated Germany permanently. When he became President, he vowed to himself never to make that mistake again.
You know who else hated the Germans from the beginning?
The Jews.
Judea famously declared war on Germany in 1933. And they also got their military war against Germany. That it was “America” that was waging the war doesn’t change a thing in this world of illusion. It was Jews waging war on the Germans, the Americans being dupes or collaborators.
As Goebbels said, the intentions of the Jew-crafted Morgenthau Plan was to reduce Germany to a potato farm. Once, in Hyde Park, cabinet Jew Morgenthau suggested to FDR that after the war young able-bodied German men in their peak reproductive years should be shipped to the Congo as slave labor. Germany Must Perish was more than a book by a genocidal Jew; it was in essence, if not in exact particulars, the American war aim above all others.
FDR gave way to Stalin on every single issue save one, one that Stalin thought unwise: that the final war aim be unconditional surrender. McMeekin says FDR made the pronouncement out of the blue to impress Stalin at what he terms a “bizarre press conference.”
Thus it would be war to the tooth and war to the nail: a war to the knife; a war to the death.
Unconditional surrender. Like in the South 80 years earlier. The smug joke was that that was what the “U.S.” in U.S. Grant stood for.
Germany, like the South, must perish.
Atlanta had to burn, and Ilya Ehrenburg had to make sure all those German women were raped.
See the pattern here? See the plot afoot?
It was what FDR cared about above all: unconditional surrender. He was not going to let the Germans live to fight another day. Like Churchill, he believed that Germany will always be at your throat or under your heel, and he was determined that they be the latter.
It didn’t really start in 1933. The Jews and the Germans have been at war since time immemorial. From the first time the Jews set foot on the European continent, Judea declared war on Germany. The Germans were the bulwark of Europe, the elite of the elite. In never surrendering to Rome, they never became decadent or soft. And they never lost their nerve…

A brief citational history was recently forwarded to me by a reader and as I like the way this is organized, I am publishing it as an education “short course” in the subject and as proof, if any is needed, that Americans are naturally Lawful Persons and occupy a political status separate from US Citizens.
If you wish to be considered a “US Citizen” of any kind, you may adopt that status and act as a Legal Person. If you wish to retain your natural born capacity and wish to act as a Lawful Person and act exclusively as an “American State National” or “American State Citizen”, you may declare your intent and claim/reclaim and record your natural political status as an American — which is what I recommend and what our paperwork process is designed to accomplish.
At no time before or since the so-called American Civil War have any of our States been engaged in any form of warfare since 1814; we are owed the Law of Peace, AR 27-161-1 from the Territorial Government and agreed upon Service from the Municipal Government, which, with respect to us, is limited to perform its operations within the ten miles square of the District of Columbia.
Those of us who declare ourselves and record our political status as peaceful American State Citizens are owed all protections and guarantees of both The Constitution of the United States of America (Territorial Government) and The Constitution of the United States (Municipal Government) without any presumption of the existence of US Citizenship obligations of any kind.
In the same token, we are obligated by those same venerable agreements to not interfere in the functions of the Federal Government and to “stay in our lane” in the day to day operation of our own affairs. If we claim our State National or State Citizen status, we accept it as our singular political status and/or obligation of citizenship, and we do not claim any other political status in conflict of interest.
So, if you are a “US Citizen” you cannot at the same time be considered an “American State National” or “American State Citizen” by any State of the Union, even though your Federal Employer may allow you to claim Dual Citizenship during your period of service employment and may recognize your actual nationality as that of an American.

The Searchers is a 1956 American Technicolor VistaVision epic Western film directed by John Ford and written by Frank S. Nugent, based on the 1954 novel by Alan Le May. It is set during the Texas-Native American wars, and stars John Wayne as a middle-aged Civil War veteran who spends years looking for his abducted niece (Natalie Wood), accompanied by his adopted nephew (Jeffrey Hunter).
PLOT
n 1868, Ethan Edwards returns after an eight-year absence to the home of his brother Aaron in West Texas. Ethan fought in the Civil War (1861-1865) on the side of the Confederacy, and in the three years since that war ended, he also apparently fought in the Second Franco–Mexican War (1861-1867). He has a lot of gold coins of uncertain origin in his possession, and a medal from the Mexican campaign that he gives to his eight-year-old niece, Debbie. As a former Confederate soldier, when he is asked to take an oath of allegiance to the Texas Rangers, he refuses.
Shortly after Ethan's arrival, cattle belonging to his neighbor Lars Jorgensen are stolen, and Rev. Captain Samuel Clayton leads Ethan and a group of Rangers to recover them. After discovering that the theft was a Comanche ploy to draw the men away from their families, they return and find the Edwards homestead in flames. Aaron, his wife Martha, and their son Ben are dead, while Debbie and her older sister Lucy have been abducted.
After a brief funeral, the men set out in pursuit. When they find the Comanche camp, Ethan recommends a frontal attack, but Clayton insists on a stealth approach to avoid killing the hostages. The camp turns out to be deserted, and further along the trail, the men ride into an ambush. Despite fending off the attack, the Rangers are left with too few men to fight the Comanche effectively. They return home, leaving Ethan to continue his search for the girls with only Lucy's fiancé, Brad Jorgensen, and Debbie's adopted brother, Martin Pawley. Ethan finds Lucy brutally murdered and presumably raped in a canyon near the Comanche camp. In a blind rage, Brad rides directly into the camp and is killed.
"I figure on gettin' myself un-surrounded," insists Captain Clayton (Ward Bond) to Ethan (John Wayne) as they realize they are caught in a trap and must run for their lives.
When winter arrives, Ethan and Martin lose the trail and return to the Jorgensen ranch. Martin is enthusiastically welcomed by the Jorgensens' daughter Laurie, and Ethan finds a letter waiting for him from a trader named Futterman, who claims to have information about Debbie. Ethan, who would rather travel alone, leaves without Martin the next morning, but Laurie reluctantly provides Martin with a horse to catch up. At Futterman's trading post, Ethan and Martin learn that Debbie has been taken by Scar, the chief of the Nawyecka band of Comanches. A year or more later, Laurie receives a letter from Martin describing the ongoing search. Reading the letter aloud, Laurie narrates the next few scenes, in which Ethan kills Futterman for trying to steal his money, and Martin accidentally buys a Comanche wife who runs away when she hears Scar's name; later, she is among the dead when the two men find a portion of Scar's band killed by soldiers.
In New Mexico, they find Debbie after five years, now an adolescent, living as one of Scar's wives. She says that she has become a Comanche and wishes to remain with them. Ethan would rather see her dead than living as a Native American, and tries to shoot her, but Martin shields her with his body and a Comanche wounds Ethan with an arrow as they escape. Although Martin tends to Ethan's wound, he is furious with him for attempting to kill Debbie. Later, they return home.
Meanwhile, Charlie McCorry has been courting Laurie in Martin's absence. Ethan and Martin arrive home just as Charlie and Laurie's wedding is about to begin. After a fistfight between Martin and Charlie, a nervous Yankee soldier, Lt. Greenhill, arrives with news that Ethan's friend Mose Harper has located Scar. Clayton leads his men to the Comanche camp, this time for a direct attack, but Martin is allowed to sneak in ahead of the assault to find Debbie, who welcomes him. Martin kills Scar to save Debbie, and Ethan scalps him. Ethan then locates Debbie, and pursues her on horseback. Martin chases them desperately, fearing that Ethan will shoot her. Instead, Ethan sweeps her up into his arms and takes her to the Jorgensen ranch, where Martin reunites with Laurie. While everyone else enters the house, Ethan departs the homestead as he arrived, completely alone.

Mother and Alastair (and Alastair’s two young siblings, 3 years old and 18 months old respectively) are all doing well, but need a lot of fatherly support right now, so beginning this week I will be rebroadcasting a classic two-part ADV series of mine, one of my favorites, that has never been rebroadcast before, starting with “Asylum America, part 1: The Crazy and the Doomed.”

THE GREAT POET EZRA Pound, when newly arrived in Italy in 1958, after 13 years of hellish false imprisonment in US mental hospitals, was asked by a reporter what it was like being released from an insane asylum in America. Pound replied that he had never been released from an insane asylum in America, adding that such a thing was impossible — because, he said, “All America is an insane asylum.” When he finally walked out the door of St. Elizabeth’s into the Washington, DC sunshine, he was just walking from a relatively small mental ward into a much larger and even more dangerous one. To his credit, he kept on going until he was well clear of the striped rag and the nutcases who still wave it.
I was just two years old when Pound said that, and it wasn’t until many years later that I or anyone I knew had even the faintest inkling of just how right Pound was — of just how crazy things were getting in America. It’s actually worse than being in a mental hospital, because 1) at least in a mental hospital they’re trying to cure you, not make you crazier; and 2) because America is also like a sinking ship. America as a nation is going down just as surely as the Titanic was going down once she hit the iceberg, but with one big difference: The crew and passengers of the Titanic were not, so far as I am aware, insane. The captain didn’t steer full speed ahead to collide with as many additional icebergs as possible. The crew didn’t argue with the fleeing passengers, trying to convince them that air and seawater were “equal” and that it was “evil” to breathe the one and refuse to breathe the other.
On today’s program I’ll sketch the plight of the sane in crazyland USA, and in future programs I’ll talk about escape from this sinking asylum.
The asylum’s attendants: Ms. Chosen makes a point
Let me tell you about the time I first came face-to-face with the Opponent — by which I mean organized, agenda-driven Jewish groups — as an adult. It’s one of the things that brought me to sanity.
In 1978 I was a broadcast engineer working at a major-market radio station in the Washington, DC area, WEAM. Being a bit naive and a bit adventurous at the age of 22, I had volunteered, in addition to my engineering duties, to be the “public service director” of the station, a non-paid position which primarily consisted of selecting and rewriting the Public Service Announcements, also called “PSAs,” which the station aired without charge for non-profit groups. You know the sort of thing; the American Legion is having a Veteran’s Day dinner; the local church youth group is holding a fun fair to raise money; and the electric power council wants to remind you not to drop AC appliances into the tub while you’re bathing — and the like.
One of the groups which was always trying to get free air time was Planned Parenthood. I never used any of their announcements, all of which I put directly in the trash.
There were three main reasons. One was that the station’s owners had told me not to give free air time to any group which was highly controversial and likely to offend advertisers or listeners. And Planned Parenthood — being a major provider of abortions — was quite controversial. Secondly, even though I wasn’t yet fully racially and politically aware at that point in my life (hey, I even gave the giant “Jewish Community Center” in suburban Maryland some free plugs), I found the entire concept of young women wanting convenience abortions to be repugnant. And thirdly, Planned Parenthood was very aggressive in trying to force me to air their PSAs, and I don’t respond well to the hard sell. I didn’t engage them. I just ignored them.

THE UNITED STATES has become the Evil Empire, where a massive propaganda apparatus, nominally “private,” works in conjunction with history’s most technologically advanced police and security state to rig “elections,” crush all dissent, and destroy the lives of any who oppose the group which sits at the apex of power — the world’s wealthiest and most powerful group, organized Jewry.
When a few angry and totally disorganized and disunited protesters walk into the United States Capitol to petition the Congress for a redress of grievances after a blatantly stolen election, the System grabs the opportunity — and calls the protest a “coup attempt” and an “insurrection” in order to demonize, criminalize, isolate, destroy, imprison, or kill all opposition to their rule.
The nominal leaders we see on our television sets are not the real leaders. The “opposed” parties are really united on everything that matters to the real rulers: replacing Whites with non-Whites; concentrating wealth in the hands of Jews and their treasonous allies, the megacorporations that now decide who may speak and what they may say in the new Red Square of electronic and Internet media.
Yet millions — millions of White Americans — now know that we will not be allowed to vote our way out; we will not be allowed to petition or protest our way out — out of our encirclement, slavery, dispossession, and ultimate genocide. In fact, we will not be allowed to tread one inch outside whatever limits our masters have set this week on pain of having our income canceled, our freedom curtailed, our right to speak or hold a job taken away — and soon, likely, even use currency at all taken away. These millions who now know these things, or most of these things, did not know them just a few weeks ago. It is our job in the National Alliance to explain these things to them in depth, so they truly understand what is being done to them and to their families. It is our job to recruit the best and brightest among them to our Alliance so we go stronger. And it is our job to offer guidance and light in this darkening land.

IN THE YEAR which lies ahead of us, we must accomplish many things. Let me review the situation in which we find ourselves and the way we have responded to that situation so far.
Perhaps the easiest way to begin is to refer to the film we saw here last Sunday, Triumph of the Will. That film showed us the triumphant outcome of an enormous and heroic act of will by an idealistic, spiritually elite minority of the German people to free themselves from Jewish tyranny and cure themselves of the Jewish disease.
After World War I, the Jews had Germany exactly where they wanted her. She was defeated, demoralized, broke, and hungry — in other words, down, and so the Jews began kicking her. They launched a successful communist revolution in Bavaria, under Kurt Eisner. All over Germany they began acquiring the newspapers that were not already in their hands. As the economy collapsed, they took over more and more German businesses, homes, farms, shops, and factories. They slandered the German fighting men who had made such a heroic sacrifice at the front, much in the same way they have incited the spoiled and mindless dregs of our own population here in the United States against all that is healthy and strong.
And everywhere they spread the infection of liberalism, promoting every form of vice and degeneracy in the name of freedom. Homosexuality, drugs, prostitution, pornography, Negro music, degenerate art — all these things were pushed in Berlin and in the other major German cities to such an extent that Jews…

🇺🇲 I'm going to be launching Patriot Pre-K - an interactive, online learning experience for children.
🇺🇲 This project is near and dear to my heart. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in early childhood education and taught preschool, pre-k and kindergarten for 8 years.
🇺🇲 After standing up for my own medical freedom I was fired from the job I loved. I LOVED each and everyone of the HUNDREDS of boys and girls in my classrooms over the years. And since leaving, I've missed it EVERY SINGLE DAY.
🇺🇲 During the last of those eight years, I was faced with something that made me very uncomfortable. In 2021, I was handed an LGBT curriculum overview for "Pride Month" pushed by the company I was employed with. THIS isn't why I wanted to teach and this DEFINITELY wasn't what I WANTED to teach. That's when I KNEW something had to change.
🇺🇲 Anyone can be a keyboard warrior - but to make a difference, you need to be involved at a local level (Thank you, Gen Flynn for the advice). #PatriotPreK will focus on age appropriate curriculum surrounding a classical American education with our founding principles.
🇺🇲 My mission with #PatriotPreK is to create a fun, interactive virtual environment for children, four years old to second grade (or older if they enjoy the content!) that will be opposite of the agenda that's being pushed behind the closed doors of the public indoctrination classrooms across America.
🇺🇲 We're going to learn about our country, about our founding fathers and about American heroes. We'll learn and recite the "Pledge of Allegiance" at the beginning of every show - just like I did in my classroom each morning, with all my kids.
🇺🇲 And each episode will end in a small quick prayer. Children can pray with me, listen along or don't have to participate at all. But each #PatriotPreK will start and end with the building blocks of our American foundation.
🇺🇲 We'll have read alongs with books like "Plot against the King" by Kash Patel or "Johnny the Walrus" by Matt Walsh in addition to all of the traditional childhood favorites ( ... stay tuned for books from Patriot PreK!)
🇺🇲 We will learn about our county's founding and have fun along the way with appropriate, educational and fun activities.
