Last year I was taken by ambulance to a hospital for heat stroke. One of the first things they did was knock me out with an injection to administer a PCR test. Luckily, it was negative (or who knows? I may have been killed by ventilator). I found all of this out by reading the 190 pages of medical records which I requested before discharge. The PCR cycle threshold on the test I was given was 35.
