Bradford L. Huie - 100 reasons Leo Frank is guilty - Slide show
https://the-savoisien.com/blog/index.php?post/Bradford-L-Huie-100-reasons-Leo-Frank-is-guilty-Slide-show

On the anniversary of the death of Mary Phagan, we present the 100 reasons why Leo Frank is guilty as charged. MARY PHAGAN was just thirteen years old. She was a sweatshop laborer for Atlanta, Georgia’s National Pencil Company. Exactly 100 years ago today — Saturday, April 26, 1913 — little Mary (pictured, artist’s depiction) was looking forward to the festivities of Confederate Memorial Day. She dressed gaily and planned to attend the parade. She had just come to collect her $1.20 pay from National Pencil Company superintendent Leo M. Frank at his office when she was attacked by an assailant who struck her down, ripped her undergarments, likely attempted to sexually abuse her, and then strangled her to death. Her body was dumped in the factory basement.

Read by John de Nugent.

Major article (36,000 words) by crusading publisher and experienced trial lawyer Thomas Watson (later a US senator from Georgia) confirming the guilt of Leo Frank (a New York City Jew, president of B'nai B'rith of Atlanta, and manager at an Atlanta pencil factory) in the rape and murder of his 13-year-old employee, Mary Phagan. Leo Frank had been found guilty by an Atlanta jury and sentenced to death in August 1913, but was still appealing his sentence when this March 1915 article came out, and a massive nationwide media campaign was accusing Georgians of "antisemitism."

The Leo Frank Case - The Lynching of a Guilty Man

Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews : the Books that Jewish groups working in partnership with Amazon made censored.

Leo Max Frank (17 April 1884 – 17 August 1915) was a Jewish factory superintendent who was convicted in 1913 of the murder of a 13-year-old employee, Mary Phagan, in Atlanta, Georgia. His trial, conviction, and appeals attracted countrywide attention. He was lynched two years later, in response to the commutation of his death sentence. The powerful Anti-Defamation League was established in 1915 in response to this. Controversy has continued regarding the case, with continued attempts to turn Leo Frank into an innocent martyr. ONE OF THE GREATEST triumphs of historical writing in the last decade was the American Mercury’s centenary series on the 1913 trial and conviction of Jewish sex killer Leo Frank. Now the entire series is being produced as an audio book for our readers, beginning today with the first installment.

THE AMERICAN MERCURY is proud of its decades-long reputation for seeking the truth without fear or favor. As such, we do not flinch when a part of that truth can best be discovered in the words of those whom the Establishment has deemed “radical” or “controversial” or even “evil.” (When the current murderous regime in Washington, or its Hollywood/New York media machine, says someone is “evil,” we immediately start to suspect that there must be something good about that someone.)

The Murder of Little Mary Phagan by Mary Phagan-Kean (1987), Read by Anonymous (2015).

The Mary Phagan Family Website :
https://www.littlemaryphagan.com

This is the true story of the murder of little Mary Phagan by Leo M. Frank, her superintendent at the National Pencil Company; Leo Frank's lynching by outraged citizens after his death sentence was commuted; and the century-long effort by Frank's Jewish co-religionists to exonerate him, ending with his pardon in 1986 by the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles--which specifically refrained, however, from exonerating Frank.

In spite of the fact that the author Mary Phagan (now Mary Phagan Kean) is the great-niece of little Mary Phagan, and naturally has strong emotions about the case, this book contains the most balanced account of the case so far, as Ms. Kean has gone back to the complete trial record, and studied it extensively. She corrects the false statements that are used in most accounts to convince readers or viewers of Frank's innocence, while acknowledging that it it impossible to know with 100% certainty that Frank was the murderer.

Tom Watson - 04 The official record in the case of Leo Frank A jew pervert - September 1915
Read by Alex Linder.

Publisher Tom Watson wrote this article right after the Aug.1915 hanging (conducted by the crème de la crème of the frustrated people of Georgia themselves after two years of spurious legal delays) of the pedophile, rapist, and murderer Leo Frank, a prominent Jewish official and businessman whom major Jewish-owned or influenced newspapers protested was a victim of antisemitism.

Watson defends the "lynching" (which carried out a death sentence supported by three juries and five levels of the court system) and goes beyond this to make his strongest statements yet about the bane of Jewish media sway over America. He also discusses two other famous cases of that day of supposed "antisemitism," the Captain Alfred Dreyfus case in France (regarding a Jewish officer convicted of espionage and treason) and the Menachem Beilis case in Ukraine/Russia (about a Jew convicted of ritually murdering and draining the blood from a little Slavic child).
This is the powerful post-lynching article about the Leo Frank murder case by Thomas E. Watson of Georgia, a crusading anti-Frank newspaper and magazine publisher, a former trial lawyer, state legislator, US Congressman and soon-to-be US Senator. Here Watson is again defending in his magazine the honor of his state, its legal system, and the fairness and evidence of the 1913 murder trial conducted by Judge Leonard Roan. But in addition he now also justifies the lynchers who had just hanged the CONVICTED MURDERER, high-ranking Jewish official, pedophile, serial adulterer, sexual harasser, sweatshop manager, and child-labor abuser Leo Max Frank on August 17, 1915. He also discusses the sensational 1906 Stanford White murder (a star American architect was killed by an enraged husband); the failed, unchivalrous attempt by King George IV of England to bend the law protecting his wife; the 1890s Jewish Dreyfus case in France; the then-recent (1911) Jewish Beiliss case in Russia (a Kiev, Ukraine ritual-murder trial); and Watson looks over then recent cases and charges Jewry with an unspoken policy: If a rich Jew murders a Gentile, or betrays his country (Dreyfus), then the legal system must not be allowed to punish him.

Tom Watson - A full review of the Leo Frank Case - March 1915
Read by Alex Linder.

A film produced in 1935 by African-American director Oscar Micheaux. This film was lost until rediscovered by researchers at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. It is loosely based on the events around the 1913 murder of 13-year-old girl Mary Phagan and the conviction of her boss, Leo Frank. It stands as one of the earliest surviving examples of Black-directed cinema. The work is now in the public domain.

ADL : behind the mask of respectability

The Jewish Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith, known as ADL for short, is a Jewish activist organization which was organized during the summer of 1913 in response to the suspicion and arrest of the serial rapist-pedophile Leo Frank (1884-1915) who served as the president of the Atlanta chapter of B'nai B'rith. Leo Frank sodomized, strangled and mutilated 13-year-old Mary Phagan, afterwards he tried to frame two African-American's for the crime in an ugly racist anti-Gentile plot which failed embarrassingly. ADL promotes a viciously anti-Gentile and racist hate crime hoax claiming mobs of White men were screaming "hang the Jew" at the jury, through open windows in the court during Leo Frank's trial. You can learn more about this racist anti-Gentile hate crime hoax by researching it online.

If you have even the slightest iota of doubt about anything propounded or promulgated in this simplified documentary, then we ask you with an open mind to investigate what ADL says about the Leo Frank case and then fact check their claims by reading the official legal records and Atlanta newspaper reports (from April to August, 1913) of the Mary Phagan murder investigation and Leo Frank trial.

The story of Gov. John Slaton of Georgia, who in the early 1900s pardoned Leo Frank, who had been convicted of and sentenced to death for raping and murdering a young girl.

The drama is An anti-Gentile Hollywood film written and produced by the Jewish Supremacists of the 1960s who falsify the facts and evidence of the Leo Frank case to smear the Southerners who convicted the homicidal Jewish serial pedophile Leo Frank for the rape and murder of 13-year-old Mary Phagan. 1964 Profiles in Courage, is a Hollywood drama that rehabilitates the corrupt 60th governor of Georgia, John Slaton, who commuted the death sentence of his law firm's criminal defense client Leo Frank to life in prison over his 1913 conviction for the rape-murder of 13-year old Mary Phagan.

The Nation of Islam - The secret relationship between blacks and jews 3
The Leo Frank case - The lynching of a guilty man

Audiobook read by Alex Linder

This is a 17-part audiobook series from The Nation of Islam titled 'Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews Volume 3, The Leo Frank Case the Lynching of a Guilty Man' you can get this book at www.noirg.org please be sure to listen to all 17 parts of this audiobook.

In Atlanta, Georgia, 1913, a Black janitor named James Conley accused a powerful Jewish leader named Leo Frank of raping and murdering a 13-year-old white girl, Mary Phagan. Frank, in turn, charged Conley with that heinous crime. Never before in a Southern courtroom had a Black man's word been accepted as evidence against a white man's, yet the white prosecutor and the all-white jury believed the Black man. The Leo Frank case is considered the greatest single act of anti-Semitism in American history'a catastrophic miscarriage of justice that regenerated the Ku Klux Klan, launched the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith, and birthed the modern Civil Rights Movement. Before the Leo Frank Affair, Jews proved to be the Black man's open enemy; after, Jews claimed they were the Black man's ?best friend.' So who is this man called Leo Frank?

I look at famous unsolved crimes, each of which is filled with confusion and each of which has Jews as the main suspects in it. We look at how Jews protect each other and refuse to give evidence in crimes which implicate other Jews. We look at how Jews rush to save other Jews who have committed crimes and how they try to get them away from being punished, like any other person would, if they are found guilty. I discuss my views that Jews come and deliberately muddy the waters so as to ensure that WHITES, never get to conclude that the guilty party is Jewish.

We look at the excellent actions of the American southerners who went and lynched (hanged) the Jew Leo Frank before other Jews could save him.

We look at the Leo Frank and the murder of the pretty little girl, Mary Phagan; and I quickly discuss the 3 Jews who were the last people to be with Bubbles Schroeder on the night of her murder in Johannesburg, South Africa.

I discuss Jews hiding the crimes of other Jews like the pedophile from Hollywood, Polansky; and the pedophile Epstein.

I discuss the Jewish hatred of the author and mathematician Lewis Carroll and why they are probably behind the junk stories that Carroll might have been Jack the Ripper! Carroll is well known for writing children's stories like Alice in Wonderland, but he was also a mathematician and logician and he mentioned Jews in his writings.

Glory to Mary Phagan and the white men who avenged her
http://www.the-savoisien.com/blog/index.php?post/John-de-Nugent-Glory-to-Mary-Phagan

2013 video by John de Nugent on the centenary of the Mary Phagan murder in 1913 by Leo Frank.
Mary Ann Phagan, on April 26, 1913 was a marvelous, kind, fun, industrious, attractive and just all-around outstanding white Christian girl of 13, but she was brutally hit, raped and strangled by the German Jew Leo Max Frank in Atlanta, Georgia, where she worked 55 hours a week for a dollar an hour in his pencil factory.
She had dared to refuse his sexual advances, which included threats of firing and demands he get to commit anal sex on her as on his many other white female gentile victims.
Leo Frank was unanimously found guilty by three juries (coroner's, grand and petit) – in fact, the grand jury itself had three Jews on it, and all 24 members signed his indictment — for the sodomy, rape and murder he committed on a 13-year-old girl, his own employee.
His death sentence was confirmed by five levels of our court system, county, state and federal, including the US Supreme Court – twice.
Frank, almost as bad, had tried during both his trial and in a vast post-conviction media campaign, to pin his crime on two of his innocent black employees, the janitor and the night watchman.

This pedophile child killer thought his powerful Jewish connections up on Wall Street in New York City would get him off. Epic fail.
It had everything to do actually with his committed Jewishness.

1) The Talmud (a kind of second Bible to Jews) teaches Jews to despise and use Gentiles, and that rape is acceptable because Gentiles were created, yes, created to serve the Jews, and this is THEIR planet that Yahweh gave them;

2) Frank was the President of B’nai B’rith of Atlanta (the Jewish Freemasonic organization), and

3) all of American Jewry rallied to him, and huge Jewish newspapers (there was no tv, radio or internet, then so newspapers were the entire media) miscast the trial as an antisemitic conspiracy.

This collection includes images of Mary Phagan's gravesite, as well as one video of nearby Phagan graves. Phagan was a 13-year-old girl who was murdered in 1913 at the pencil factory where she worked. Factory superintendent Leo Frank was subsequently convicted in a sensational trial.

Tom Watson - The Rich Jews Indict a State !
The Whole South Traduced. In the Matter of Leo Frank. by Thomas E. Watson, Watson’s Magazine, Volume 21 Number 6, October 1915
https://theamericanmercury.org/2014/03/tom-watson-the-rich-jews-indict-a-state

ABNORMAL CONDITIONS prevail in this country, and the situation grows more complicated, year by year. We have carried the “asylum” idea to such extravagant liberality, that the sewage of the whole world is pouring upon us. The human race was never known to do, before, what it is doing now, to America. History presents no parallel case. From the Great Lakes to the Gulf, and from Cape Hatteras to the Golden Gate, we see the same ominous, portentous phenomena, of peoples distinct from our people—distinct in language, in manners, in standards, in customs, in National observances.

---------------------------

https://theamericanmercury.org/2017/08/why-was-leo-frank-lynched
WE ARE approaching the 102nd anniversary of the lynching of Leo Frank, which will take place on August 17. Why was Leo Frank lynched? — and why was he lynched, not by a mob of illiterate haters, but by an assemblage of community leaders and eminent citizens? Does the current media story about Leo Frank — that he was an innocent victim of widespread and “virulent” anti-Semitism — really hold true when we examine the facts?

It is impossible to understand the lynching of Leo Frank without reading and understanding the works of Tom Watson, virtually the only major journalist of his time who bucked the trend — and refused the money proffered him to take a pro-Frank stance — and saw in the Leo Frank media circus a litany of lies, misrepresentations, bribes, perjury, and propaganda designed to nearly deify a man who was a convicted strangler and defiler of little girls.

You hear a lot about Tom Watson from the “mainstream” media — invariably denouncing him — but you almost never get even a complete paragraph from them of what he actually said about the Leo Frank case.

To help you understand the viewpoint of Mr. Watson, we now present for the first time the complete text, with new added audio book renditions by Vanessa Neubauer, of all of his writings on the Frank case, exactly as published in his Watson’s Magazine in 1915. Just click on the links to read each article, where you’ll see an audio player embedded after the first paragraph which will allow you to hear the audio book version.

A NEW authorized audio book version of The Murder of Little Mary Phagan by Mary Phagan Kean has just been recorded for The American Mercury, and will serve as the capstone of our series on the Leo Frank Case in this, the centennial year of the death of the convicted murderer in this case, Leo Max Frank.
The Murder of Little Mary Phagan is an exceptionally insightful semi-autobiographical book, detailing a fascinating exploration of one of the most sensational criminal cases of all time. What makes this book so intriguing is it provides an intimate view of the Frank-Phagan case from the adult grandniece of the teenage victim — little Mary Anne Phagan, the tragic child laborer who was murdered on April 26, 1913, in Atlanta, Georgia.
This true crime monograph is widely regarded as the most even-handed book ever written about the Frank-Phagan affair (1913-1915) and its contentious aftermath (1915-1986). It also provides facts and evidence about the case found in no other book. Mary Phagan Kean also offers a uniquely neutral analysis of the month-long capital murder trial which ended in Frank’s conviction.
Mary Phagan Kean is the namesake of the murder victim, Mary Phagan, being her grandniece. When the author was 13 years old, she discovered her given name was no mere accident or coincidence. When people heard her name, they started asking her questions about whether she was related to the famous little Mary Phagan who had been murdered long ago by Leo Frank on Confederate Memorial Day in 1913.
When her family revealed the truth about her blood relation, she immediately became deeply interested in learning about the murder, its investigation, and its aftermath. She has since devoted thousands of hours of her life studying volumes of legal documents, conducting interviews, and reading every surviving newspaper account of the case. This written-from-the-heart book is the result. (The Murder of Little Mary Phagan; Far Hills, NJ, New Horizon Press, 1987, 316 pp.)

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

THE PROSECUTION in the Leo Frank case never mentioned the word “Jew” until it was brought up by the defense — and lead prosecutor Hugh Dorsey had a long history of friendly relations and close collaboration with Jews throughout his life and career. So the accusation, common today among pro-Frank partisans, that the indictment and prosecution of Leo Max Frank was motivated by “anti-Semitism” simply doesn’t stand up to even the slightest scrutiny.

In this, the eighth audio segment of this ground-breaking work originally published by the Nation of Islam — part of their series called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews — we also learn that Frank himself denied that anti-Jewish feelings played any part in his arrest and trial.

In this section of the book, we also learn of the amazing, blustering, and mysterious entry into the case of prominent Atlanta lawyer — shyster, really — “Colonel” Thomas B. Felder. Felder tried to present himself as a merely a public-spirited attorney, working for the Phagan family to “get to the bottom” of the mystery of Mary Phagan’s death. But when he was caught trying to bribe police officials to illegally obtain original documents related to the case — and when the Phagan family denied any connection with him — he beat a hasty retreat while loudly proclaiming his belief in Leo Frank’s guilt and claiming that “Jew money” was causing the authorities to “shield Frank.” Despite his strident attacks on Frank after he was discredited, the evidence is very strong that Felder was actually in Frank’s employ.

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

WITH THIS audio recording, “Leo Frank Case Timeline,” we come to the final section of this important book. In combination with last week’s section setting forth the dramatis personae of this tragic, gripping tale, the listener can put the entire case in proper perspective. And over all these chapters, what an education the listener has received! — in factual accuracy and understanding of the real power vectors involved, far beyond anything even graduate-level courses in American universities, still shamefully wedded to the obviously false ADL/Jewish narrative, can offer on the subject.

In this, the twenty-ninth and last audio segment of this ground-breaking work originally published by the Nation of Islam, part of their series called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, we begin with the historical context of the times and conclude with the publication of this book, tracing every major event in the case in chronological order. The story of the murder of Mary Phagan and the trials and lynching of Leo Frank is an important story — a story of a murder and a subsequent power struggle — that has affected the fate of black people, white people, and Jews in the United States. It is a story the final chapter of which has yet to be written. This book, if it reaches the people it should reach, will itself shape that final chapter.

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

JIM Conley’s testimony in the Leo Frank case riveted the attention of not only all those present in the courtroom, but the entire state of Georgia and beyond hung on his words as they were reported. Despite being a member of a disparaged minority, Conley’s word was given respectful attention — and ultimately was even believed over the word of Leo Frank, an elite Jewish man considered white by the standards of the American South. This was unprecedented, but it was also inevitable given the detail, plausibility, and unshakable nature of Conley’s evidence. Even the best legal minds in the state, led by Luther Rosser, widely acknowledged to be the toughest cross-examiner in the business, could not discredit the “ignorant” Black man, no matter how hard they tried. (ILLUSTRATION: Jim Conley, who gave history-making testimony in the Leo Frank case)

In this, the fifth audio segment of this truly indispensable work originally published by the Nation of Islam — part of their series called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews — we hear the words of James Conley as he actually spoke them on the stand as that all-White 1913 jury leaned forward and strained to hear.

And that Black man — a man who admitted helping Leo Frank move Mary Phagan’s body, but who ultimately failed to return and destroy it as Leo Frank wished — set in motion a chain of events that would lead to the solution of the mystery and a verdict of guilty in the case. The detectives, the police, the prosecution, the jury, and the vast majority of the people believed that the well-connected businessman — Leo Frank — was a liar and a murderer; and they believed that the lowly factory sweeper, Jim Conley, was telling the truth.

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

LOOK AT THE headline and lead article in the Atlanta Georgian newspaper of April 29, 1913, we have illustrated above. Click on this link to see a large and easy-to-read version. “LEE’S GUILT PROVED, Detectives Assert” — “SUSPICION LIFTS FROM FRANK” — “We Have Sufficient Evidence Now to Convict Negro Nightwatchman of Killing Mary Phagan” — “Additional clews furnished by the head of the pencil factory [Leo Frank] were responsible for the closing net around the negro watchman” — “what suspicion had rested on Frank was being rapidly swept away by the damaging evidence against the black man.”

Newt Lee, the nightwatchman of the National Pencil Company was being framed for the murder of Mary Phagan. We know now without the slightest doubt that Lee was innocent. But the pro-Frank forces, even at this early date in the case, were already engaging in the planting of evidence, impersonation of detectives, and other skulduggery in order to pin the crime on an innocent man — and this would not be the last time they would do this.

Just as there is no doubt today that Newt Lee was innocent, there should just as little doubt today that the principal behind this framing attempt was not innocent. The framing of a man who had nothing to do with the murder is not the act of an innocent man.

This new audio book, based on the Nation of Islam’s The Leo Frank Case: The Lynching of a Guilty Man, the best investigative effort made on the Leo Frank case in the last 100 years, will take you on a trip into the past — to the greatest American murder mystery of all time; a mystery that will reveal to you the hidden forces that shape our world even today.

To read all the chapters we’ve published so far, simply click on this link.

We at The American Mercury are now proud to present part 2 of our audio version of this very important book, read by Vanessa Neubauer.

The American Mercury presents the 2013 centennial analysis of the Leo Frank case, in both article format and audiobook serial. This is considered the best analysis of the Leo Frank's trial ever produced in the last 100 years. It includes information seldom brought up in other treatments of the Leo Frank case.

The 1913 Mary Phagan murder trial in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Fulton County Superior Court, where Leo Frank was defendant fighting for his life is an epic drama. The trial took place from July 28th, 1913 and concluded the testimony portion on August 21st, 1913, when the four counselors on each side (Rosser, Arnold, Hooper and Dorsey) began their closing arguments. Hugh Dorsey completed his 3-day peroration on August 25th, 1913, at noon. The petit jury brought their verdict down of guilt hours later. The following day, August 26, 1913, the presiding judge Leonard Strickland Roan agreeing with the verdict, sentenced Leo Frank to hang by the neck until dead. He scheduled the execution day for October 10th, 1913, but on August 27, 1913, Leo Frank's attorneys appealed the verdict resulting in a stay of execution. October 31st, 1913, Judge Roan rejected Leo Frank's appeals for a new trial on 107 grounds. The case was sent to the Supreme Court, who rejected Leo Frank's appeals and ruled the evidence of the trial sustained his guilt. Leo Frank's appeals were rejected by all appeals courts thereafter.

The Frank Case - Atlanta Publishing Company - 1913 - Part 2 - Chapters 10-16
https://theamericanmercury.org/2020/04/audio-book-the-frank-case-part-2/

THE AMERICAN MERCURY now presents the second part (of three parts) of our audio version of what is probably the most hard-to-find book on the murder of Mary Phagan and the trial of Leo Frank — 1913’s anonymously published The Frank Case — read by Vanessa Neubauer.

The Frank Case: Inside Story of Georgia’s Greatest Murder Mystery now continues as we get into the detailed story of the trial itself.

One very interesting thing strikes me about this section of the book. Even though the book, I find, is moderately pro-Frank, what it reveals about the atmosphere surrounding the trial tends to strongly disprove the modern “Frank was railroaded by anti-Semitic Southern Whites” theory.

The book states that, after Mrs. Frank attacked the prosecutor, Hugh Dorsey, in an open letter during the proceedings, the phrase “Dorsey is prejudiced [against Jews]” could be heard “on the lips of men all over the city.” That doesn’t fit with the idea that Atlantans were strongly anti-Semitic. And they weren’t: Numerous Jews have said that the South then, as now, was the most pro-Jewish area in the country.
The book goes on to say that “many on the street sympathized with Mrs. Frank’s letter denouncing Dorsey,” which reinforces the previous point.
Even though the crowds surrounding and eager to get into the courtroom are described in the book — and remember, The Frank Case was published in the city where the trial took place, just weeks after it ended — nowhere are the supposed “anti-Jewish mobs” surrounding the courthouse, screaming “hang the Jew or we’ll hang you” mentioned. They were not mentioned because they did not exist. The “screaming mobs” are the product of the well-oiled and heavily-funded pro-Frank propaganda machine. That propaganda machine was begun in 1913 by cynical advertising mogul Albert Lasker (who was paid hundreds of thousands for supporting Frank even though in private he suspected Frank was a sexual pervert) and continues today under the aegis of the “mainstream” media and pressure groups like the ADL. (The ADL was founded by the B’nai B’rith, of which Leo Frank was an official at the time of his crime and conviction.)

We at the Mercury are offering this audio book in three parts in April of the year 2020, in commemoration of the life of young Mary Phagan, who died at the hands of Leo Frank on 26 April, 1913 — 107 years ago this month.

IN NEW YORK, there lived a fashionable architect, whose work commanded high prices. He was robust, full of manly vigor, and so erotic that he neglected a handsome and refined young wife to run after little girls.

As reported in the papers of William R. Hearst, Joseph Pulitzer, and Adolph Ochs, the libertine architect had three luxurious suites of rooms fitted up for the use of himself, a congenial company of young rakes, and the young women whom they lured into these elegant dens of vice.

https://theamericanmercury.org/2017/08/why-was-leo-frank-lynched

ON THE 23rd page of Puck, for the week ending January 16, 1915, there is, in the smallest possible type, in the smallest possible space, at the bottom of the page, the notice of ownership, required by law.

Mankind are informed that Puck is published by a corporation of the same name, Nathan Strauss, Jr., being President, and H. Grant Strauss being Secretary and Treasurer. You are authorized, therefore, to give credit to the Strauss family for the unparalleled campaign of falsehood and defamation which Puck has persistently waged against the State of Georgia, her people, and her courts. Inasmuch as the Strauss family once lived in Georgia, and are loudly professing their ardent devotion to the State of their birth, you may feel especially interested in Puck.

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

ONE OF the weirdest aspects of the Leo Frank case was the — shall we say — strained effort of the Frank team to make some human excrement found in the National Pencil Company elevator shaft into a “proof” that Leo Frank was innocent of murdering Mary Phagan. This so-called “shit in the shaft” theory was based on the overwhelming fear of the Frank defense that the use of that elevator to move Mary’s body — evidenced by dragging marks in the basement’s dirt floor leading from the elevator to precisely where the body was found — was too damning for their client, since only Frank had a key to the elevator. The theory they crafted was that the excrement was deposited at the bottom of the shaft before the murder by James Conley, but was “crushed for the first time” when the detectives visited the basement after the murder — therefore, they claimed, the elevator could not have been used to move Mary’s body.

In this, the twenty-second audio segment of this ground-breaking work originally published by the Nation of Islam, part of their series called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, we will see how weak this theory really is. How could anyone tell that the feces was “crushed for the first time” when the detectives went down? Smell was put forward as the “proof” of this, but really — what a stretch; are they alleging it wouldn’t smell the second time? The shaft was uneven and filled with substantial — and loose — debris, any of which could have caused a shifting of the bottom of the elevator car, so that it might strike one object this time, and another object the next time. The car could be started and stopped manually, and it would be normal to stop it above the floor level if something heavy needed to be loaded or unloaded. We’ll also learn — among many other things in this content-rich book — about the almost unbelievable efforts the Frank forces employed to fabricate a “murder confession” on the part of James Conley — with one ADL official even making a public claim that Conley had confessed “thousands of times.”

THE JEWISH Anti-Defamation League (or ADL) — back in the days when they and their allies had a near-monopoly on public discussion of the Leo Frank case — once made the claim that Leo Frank was arrested and indicted and convicted of the murder of Mary Phagan “without evidence.” Listen to this audio book and learn of the vast amount of evidence amassed during four separate investigations into the case — evidence that strongly indicates Frank’s guilt — evidence that convinced the coroner’s jury, the grand jury, the trial jury — and evidence that on appeal was reviewed and found unexceptionable by every possible level of the judicial system, up to and including the Supreme Court of the United States. (ILLUSTRATION: Leo M. Frank on his way to the coroner’s inquest)

In this, the third audio segment of this excellent book originally published by the Nation of Islam — the best we have seen on this subject — we also learn of the very strange behavior of the pro-Frank forces when it came to the factory sweeper, James Conley, who said he was hired by Frank to act as a lookout during Frank’s hoped-for tryst with Mary Phagan — an encounter that ultimately led to her death.

After hearing the evidence, you will never again be able to take seriously the “received narrative” of an innocent Leo Frank, persecuted by vicious “anti-Semites,” which the major media continue to vend to the public.

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

ONE OF the most mysterious aspects of the Leo Frank case is the series of “death notes,” four of which were written, according to testimony, but only two of which were ever found. They were discovered right next to the dead body of Frank’s victim, 13-year-old Mary Phagan. If taken at face value, they appear as though they were written by Mary while she was being assaulted. But they also are written in an approximation of the African-American vernacular of that time and in a semi-literate style that Mary Phagan would have been extremely unlikely to use. Were they written by a Black killer, in a hopelessly botched attempt to throw investigators off the trail? Or were they created by a clever killer to make us think that the murderer was a Black man? Were they perhaps even dictated by the killer to a compliant Black man to write, who would thereby impose his genuine style — and handwriting — on them? (ILLUSTRATION: One of the four murder notes — only two were ever found.)

In this, the twentieth audio segment of this ground-breaking work originally published by the Nation of Islam, part of their series called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, we also learn that the latter scenario — with Leo Frank dictating the notes to James Conley — is exactly what Conley said actually happened. Much has been made by Frank partisans of the fact that Conley’s language on the stand more or less matched the style and usage of the notes, claiming that this rules out Frank having dictated them. But that claim has little merit, for it seems very unlikely that Frank would want to dictate the notes word for word: Allowing Conley to put them in his own words and style would have served Frank’s purpose much better. We’ll also learn of the glaring weaknesses of Frank’s other alibis, many of which appear to have been hastily and sloppily cobbled together at the last minute.

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

THE PROPAGANDA DISGUISED as journalism put forth by the partisans of Leo Frank has been ongoing for more than a century now. But for pure bluster, shallowness, self-promotion, and incompetence, there is none as egregious as the Nashville Tennessean’s money-fueled subsidy and promotion of the Alonzo Mann hoax in 1982. (ILLUSTRATION: The cartoonish illustration for the Nashville Tennessean’s publication of Alonzo Mann’s “revelations” was an apt harbinger of the bad journalism to follow.)

In this, the twenty-fifth audio segment of this ground-breaking work originally published by the Nation of Islam, part of their series called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, we take the falsehoods the Tennessean invented — or regurgitated, some of them debunked as long ago as 1913 — in their promotion of Alonzo Mann’s contradictory tale and show them for what they are: a sad attempt to exploit a sick, old man — and rehabilitate the reputation of a sex killer (who just happened to be a B’nai B’rith official and member of a wealthy elite).

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

ALMOST THE ENTIRE pro-Leo Frank narrative is dependent on one claim: that Prosecutor Hugh Dorsey fabricated James Conley’s story (or edited and embellished a story made up by Conley) and then coached him to deliver it skillfully on the witness stand. If Conley’s story was not fiction, and not the result of conspiracy, collusion, and coaching; then it must be true — and Leo Frank must be guilty. Thus everything depends on the “coaching” allegation. In this week’s audio book section, we’ll see how untenable is the “coaching” claim. Why would Dorsey and Conley let stand a fiction that included so many checkable facts? — such as people he and Frank had met on the street on the way to the pencil factory — such as the one-hour time discrepancy between Conley’s version of the visit of Emma Clark and Corinthia Hall, and the time the girls themselves gave — and many other items which were totally unnecessary to establishing Frank’s guilt. (ILLUSTRATION: Jewish attorney Louis Marshall)

In this, the eleventh audio segment of this ground-breaking work originally published by the Nation of Islam, part of their series called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, we also learn about the massive public relations campaign by leaders of the Jewish community — men such as Albert Lasker, Louis Marshall, and Adolf Ochs — designed to build a sense of outrage in the minds of Americans that an innocent man had been ruthlessly framed by “anti-Semites.”

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

AS WE NEAR the end of this monumental audio book, we hear the long and moving list of lynching victims, contemporaries of Leo Frank — dozens upon dozens of names, and even some poor souls without names, so unsung were they and so uninvestigated were their murders. After hearing and comprehending the magnitude of these extrajudicial killings, it will become impossible for you to believe in the mainstream media’s — and the ADL’s — emphasis on Leo Frank as the main or only lynching victim worth knowing about, or their promotion of the “Leo Frank was persecuted” narrative, ever again.

We also hear the perspicacious and intelligent take on the case from the Nation of Islam’s Historical Research Group, who authored this, the most important book on the Frank case in over 100 years. They write from the perspective of the black diaspora in America (a point of view almost never heard from on this subject in the mass media). But there are lessons for all peoples here. One might not always agree with every idea expressed by the authors, but this reader sees The Leo Frank Case: The Lynching of a Guilty Man as one of the most astonishingly honest and meticulously researched modern history books he has read. Anyone who thought that the Nation of Islam was a bunch of “ignorant haters” has just been proven spectacularly wrong. (ILLUSTRATION: Jonathan Greenblatt, head of the Jewish ADL: His group has pushed the highly problematic “Leo Frank is innocent” narrative for a century.)

In this, the twenty-seventh audio segment of this ground-breaking work originally published by the Nation of Islam, part of their series called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, we also learn of — and hear in full — the utterly amazing letter written by murder victim Mary Phagan’s mother and stepfather, and their belief as to exactly who was responsible for the attempted coverup of the facts about the sex murder of their innocent child.

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

ATTORNEY WILLIAM SMITH traded his “free” services as a lawyer for James Conley for the influence of an agent of the William Burns detective agency, Dan Lehon, in an unrelated abduction case — illustrating either extreme naïveté or weak legal ethics on Smith’s part. Smith’s defection from advocate for Conley to accusing him of murder is a very strange about-face. But sudden about-faces abound in the Leo Frank case, especially involving people 1) who had strong evidence against Leo Frank, and 2) who subsequently had close contact with agents of the William Burns agency, who were working for Frank. (ILLUSTRATION: William Smith, “volunteer” attorney for James Conley, who later alleged he had had a change of heart and believed Conley to be guilty.)

In this, the twenty-third audio segment of this ground-breaking work originally published by the Nation of Islam, part of their series called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, we will also learn of the shameless abuse of the family and legacy of Judge Leonard Roan, who two years earlier had presided over Frank’s trial. Judge Roan was visited on his deathbed by Leo Frank’s attorneys, who, shortly after the judge’s death, produced an alleged letter from him saying he believed Frank innocent and deserved a new trial — precisely what Frank’s attorneys were trying to achieve at the time. Both internal evidence in the letter itself — and statements from Judge Roan’s own family — indicate that the letter is a forgery.

The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews - Volume 3
The Leo Frank Case : The Lynching of a Guilty Man

THE AMERICAN MERCURY is proud of its decades-long reputation for seeking the truth without fear or favor. As such, we do not flinch when a part of that truth can best be discovered in the words of those whom the Establishment has deemed “radical” or “controversial” or even “evil.” (When the current murderous regime in Washington, or its Hollywood/New York media machine, says someone is “evil,” we immediately start to suspect that there must be something good about that someone.)

So even if the New York Times or the Anti-Defamation League excoriate us for saying so, it still remains true that the Nation of Islam (NOI) Historical Research Group — yes, that Nation of Islam, headed by Louis Farrakhan — has published the very best book we have seen so far on the Leo Frank case. It’s titled The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, Vol. 3; The Leo Frank Case: The Lynching of a Guilty Man. It’s a collaborative effort, written by the NOI Historical Research Group, and they have assembled a comprehensive digest of all the known facts surrounding the case, detailed excerpts from the press of the time, relevant (and extremely revealing) passages from books and statements by contemporaries and significant figures in the case, and original research and analysis that will leave you breathless with amazement at how the “mainstream” media have lied to you.

On this, the 105th anniversary of Mary Phagan’s death, we at The American Mercury are proud to present part 1 of our audio version of this very important book, read by Vanessa Neubauer.

Bradford L. Huie - 100 reasons Leo Frank is guilty
http://www.aldebaranvideo.tv
Proving That Anti-Semitism Had Nothing to Do With His Conviction — and Proving That His Defenders Have Used Frauds and Hoaxes for 100 Years
exclusive to The American Mercury

Original youtube title You Need to Watch This Before History is ERASED - Leo Frank Trial. Not my video; I haven't checked details but put it up in case it's erased by - of course - Youtube
. . . Jack the Ripper was a source of terror in east London c 1890. It must have been obvious that a Jew invader was likely to be responsible, but nothing came of investigations, largely because of Jewish 'networking'.
. . . Leo Frank in Atlanta, Georgia, USA Killed Mary Phagan; the result was the formation of the Jewish ADL ('Anti-Defamation League'). Similar events have recurred throughout Jeiwsh history, and the point was to ensure that Jews would not be prosecuted for mrder.
