Do you think there's any chance a drastic change in politics would help resolve some of the more immediate issues in the world?
Feeling a bit disheartened as I approach turning 30, while I feel a bit more motivated to prioritize finding a partner after the shirtless rant, I feel like I haven't accomplished as much as I should have, I haven't necessarily made any disastrous mistakes and I feel like I'm making progress moving towards new career aspirations, I'm unsure what benchmark I should hold myself to at this stage, any constructive criticism?

What is life? On the previous video I described the succes humanity has dealing with inert matter and the shortcomings when dealing with animated matter, life forms. A better understanding of what life is, is needed to excpect a better outcome.

What do you think the solution is for people to not accept indecent proposals? Is this quote from Paul Woodruff correct? This quote assumes that all philosophy is enlightening rather than nihilistic or destructive. Perhaps a better way to phrase it is to seek wisdom.

There is this dumb puritanical advice that older people often give to younger people…
"You’ll PAY later in life for all that reckless fun you have in your 20s! I wish I hadn’t partied so much when I was young, now I have all these problems…"
It's dumb advice because it’s ineffective - I really don’t think it convinces young people to live a little more responsibly. It also comes across as hypocritical - "I was a hedonist, but you shouldn’t be."
Instead, I encourage younger people (and everybody else, really) to be hedonists, but not the same kinds of hedonists those regretful old Gen Xers and Boomers were. Ethical hedonism is the philosophy of choosing the greater pleasure over the less pleasure.

I noticed that some christian friends like you, Stefan, because listening to you they can get rational explanations for things that they used to support with faith-based arguments like "God said so". They become even more proud because they think "God is logos, my beliefs are rational" but I can't help seeing them as more "atheistic", because there's no more "god" in many of their stands, there's only logic. Bacon led the advancement of both natural philosophy and the scientific method and his works remained influential even in the late stages of the Scientific Revolution.
Bacon has been called the father of empiricism. He argued for the possibility of scientific knowledge based only upon inductive reasoning and careful observation of events in nature. He believed that science could be achieved by the use of a sceptical and methodical approach whereby scientists aim to avoid misleading themselves. Although his most specific proposals about such a method, the Baconian method, did not have long-lasting influence, the general idea of the importance and possibility of a sceptical methodology makes Bacon one of the later founders of the scientific method. His portion of the method based in scepticism was a new rhetorical and theoretical framework for science, whose practical details are still central to debates on science and methodology. He is famous for his role in the scientific revolution, begun during the Middle Ages, promoting scientific experimentation as a way of glorifying God and fulfilling scripture. He was renowned as a politician in Elizabethan England, as he held the office of Lord Chancellor.

In Athens, Plato founded the Academy, a philosophical school where he taught the philosophical doctrines that would later became known as Platonism. Plato (or Platon) was a pen name derived from his nickname given to him by his wrestling coach – allegedly a reference to his physical broadness. According to Alexander of Miletus quoted by Diogenes of Sinope his actual name was Aristocles, son of Ariston, of the deme Collytus (Collytus being a district of Athens).
Plato was an innovator of the written dialogue and dialectic forms in philosophy. He raised problems for what later became all the major areas of both theoretical philosophy and practical philosophy. His most famous contribution is the Theory of forms, where he presents a solution to the problem of universals. He is also the namesake of Platonic love and the Platonic solids.
His own most decisive philosophical influences are usually thought to have been, along with Socrates, the pre-Socratics Pythagoras, Heraclitus and Parmenides, although few of his predecessors' works remain extant and much of what we know about these figures today derives from Plato himself.
Along with his teacher, Socrates, and his student, Aristotle, Plato is a central figure in the history of philosophy.

Little is known about Aristotle's life. He was born in the city of Stagira in Northern Greece during the Classical period. His father, Nicomachus, died when Aristotle was a child, and he was brought up by a guardian. Hi Stef, My prisoner pen pal in CA, who is 33 years old, got released from prison four months ago having served his seven year sentence for burglary (baloney theft) and abruptly went off the radar. He doesn't know anybody except me and his sister. I'm pretty sure he has a touch of autism, he's not socially outgoing. He is still alive; I found his arrest warrant for vandalism last week. Also, he decided he was a girl and went on transgender hormones last year and I believe he is shooting meth daily now too. I miss him. I have no idea / can't imagine what is going on in his head. What do you think is going on with him? Where is he going with this?

I hope you don’t have some sort of prejudice towards old German guys with moustaches, I hope it’s because your preparing to deliver the richest and deepest insight into the philosophy of these two guys ever and that is the reason your taking so long to get around to them. If so I understand Stef, take your time. Make sure to include Nietzche’s idea of ‘eternal recurrence’. Imagine being born in the same life in the exact same circumstances over and over again forever!
In general how much do you think a woman cares about the prestige/social value of a man’s job versus his earnings? For example a plumber making a few hundred k a year versus a more white collar job making far less but with a more “impressive” title.
Although I do feel the blue collar man is due for a big comeback in the years ahead.

2. Thus everyone universally prefers stealing apples to death by starvation.
3. Thus it is universally preferable to steal apples rather than starve to death.
4. Thus survival is universally preferable to property rights.
5. Thus what is good for the individual is the ultimate moral standard.
Here the contradiction is between survival and property rights. You've used biological mutations not disproving biological classifications as a rebuttal, but usually biological mutations don't contradict the essence of a biological classification.
You have also said, that a survival based morality doesn't offer answers to questions such as "If it is morally permissible to steal food when you are starving, how much food can you steal? How hungry do you have to be? Are you allowed to steal meals rather than look for work or appeal to charity?"

I have a second video coming up shortly. I didnt realize the 20 minute time limit was up while filming it...as a normaphile- the philosophy, citizen, and coworker role.
If yall are referring to the .mp4 file format on my blender video setup as being clicks, im sorry. Im still a different species though...
Those social boundaries yall have are very unusual to me, as a normaphile.
I was a minor attracted person since highschol. Before that, I was only attracted to adults...even as early as kinder garden valentines day.
My current theory of how people justify using formally unrelated metaphors all the time without formalities is that it is how a person can believe in morality, without government, yet believe in consenting duels.
I suspect that because I watched a bitchuter named Cahlen who seems to imply that with his peer pressure to not use social security cards today and Highimpactflix did the same also with his no-voting preference.
But I disagree on that morality because of the Adam and Eve scenario gaslighting.
Another theory of how I think people might justify it is if its logic from the monarchy era without radio or tv. The skitzos might be saying: you think you have moral authority over me and I have no free speech? I will treat you the way you treat me then....So its still a hate language...So my wish for it to be considered formal fighting words in the future still seems right.
But maybe they thought they could retain their honor over time because "thats what beats monarchy" even? Its a "winning" world view so they will continue "winning". I still think its not right.
Maybe with enough persuasion, they would change their minds aswell.
