Meghan Markle’s latest royal engagement last week, which saw the 37-year-old sharing support for sex workers at a Bristol charity.
The pregnant royal visited charity One25 with her husband the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, and she assisted the staff in preparing food parcels for some of the women.
The royal then shared a story she’d learned from a dinner lady in a US school who had chosen to write messages on the fruit for her pupils each day, before asking to try out the method with One25.

President Donald Trump is due to visit the UK on his first official visit since becoming President. Thousands are expected to protest his arrival, one of them being Ash Sarkar who gets into a heated debate with Piers Morgan on why she will be protesting.
On the CNN television show Jan 8 2013 "Piers Morgan Tonight" radio talk show host Alex Jones comes out swinging on Piers Morgan's TV show over the 2nd Amendment in his TV series "Guns in America".
After Alex Jones completely dominated the "debate" in the entire first two segmented spots that radio host Alex Jones did not get to do the 3rd live segment that he was suppose to be getting on the show.
CNN quickly put a stop to Alex Jones strong rants and kicked him out of the building.
The most important statement that Jones had made in my opinion was "1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms!". I say this because if it does start to happen, I truly believe that this is true.
