Paint stripper was a chore - so we experimented with a sandblaster! Works well - it leaves the surface pretty rough, although a light sanding after will smooth it out. They are going to be painted again, so we will see if the rough surface impacts the finish of the paint.

St. Raphael-St. Peter Canisius Kinetic Blower. Here the blower box is assembled. The blower is complete, and awaits the static reservoir and the rest of the organ's winding system! It's very loud - but once the winding system is complete, and a sound-dampening box is built around it, it will be much better.
