Want a real simple and fast way to make healthy air fried hash browns. This is vegan, no fat, gluten free and fantastic. I show you how to make a cheese and maple versions.
This is the Air Fryer I use - https://amzn.to/3x1NvsB

Fill air fry basket about an inch deep with frozen oil free hash browns. Cook on 375 for 15-17 minutes. Top with seasoning, and vegan cheese sauce (Look at my channel for how to make it) or cover with maple and seasoning.

Ingredients needed for #vegan #egg:

Egg white
1 cup plant based milk (cashew/hemp/ almond)
Some black salt
1 heap spoon of plant based agar agar

Instructions
Dissolve agar agar into plant based milk and boil it on medium heat for few minutes. Make sure it is well dissolved. Then pour mixture into half egg mould. You can purchase this on eBay.

Next, set in fridge for 20-30 mins. Prepare egg yolk.

Step 1
Mash chickpeas and mix with either some coconut yogurt (probiotics) or silk tofu (subtle on taste and palette).

Step 2
Add in black salt, superfood black maca powder, olive oil, chilli oil (optional), nutritional yeast (optional) and turmeric powder and mix well. I used Stardust’s superfood yellow powder that comes with turmeric, cinnamon, mango, nutmeg, ginger and pepper. It’s warming on the system and gave the yellow needed for color of egg yolk.

*Black salt is the key to the egg taste for both white and yolk.
*Black maca powder (superfood famous for hormonal health, energy and stamina, immune system, skin health etc).

This vegan egg can go with many dishes, ramen, salads or as it is and is a playful addition at the dining table.
