Rich (nows the time) and I visited the owners, Lydia and Alasdair Walker-Cox to hear their side of the story, amidst a media monopoly of pro-government, pro-lockdown propaganda.
What is the human cost of the lockdown? Are our communities losing their personality to clandestine gentrification and corporate platitudes? Who will fall for the mainstream narrative and who will stand for their God-given right to bodily-autonomy and financial independence?

Charities are willing to work at a loss until this Covid stuff clears up. Most workers not coming back due to the extra $600/week unemployment they are now getting. One came in today and riled up her boss enough about her wanting to continue getting that $600 extra/week that he fired her on the spot. She could not comprehend that you can't continue to collect unemployment when you come back to work.
The little business I work at is having a limited reopening on Monday, May 18th per state guidelines. Part of the guidelines say no self-service so I'm guessing that means we can't give out free bottled water (like we normally do), free coffee or free hot chocolate. So strange that you can go into a store, open the freezer door and buy drinks but you are not allowed to open our little clear glass front cooler and get free water.
I wasn't going to and then they just had to spin me up. Fuckers
