Song was made by Mike Westscott in 1977 on the album "It's a Long Way to Mukumbura / All Shook Up"

The Rhodesian Bush War was a conflict between the White-Led Republic of Rhodesia supported by South Africa and Marxist-Leninist terrorists led by Robert Mugabe and supported by China and the Warsaw Pact as well as Israel.
The Jewel of Africa was crushed, and replaced by a corrupt, economically weak and mismanaged "Zimbabwe" that supported attacks against white farmers, leading to hundreds injured and thousands fleeing the once prosperous country.

Lyrics:
It's a long way to Mukumbura
It's a long way to jawl
It's a long way from your hometown
But you can have yourself a ball
With your mukkas
Goodbye Bulawayo, tot siens Cecil Square
It's a long, long way to Mukumbura And we're going up there to stir

It's a long way to JOC Inyanga
It's a long way, ek se
It's a long way from Umtali
But it's wide tar all the way
Well, nearly
Goodbye to the Cecil
Hello the Mont Claire
It's a long, long way to JOC Inyanga
And the crowd's fighting there

It's a long way to Kariba
It's a long way to run
It's a long way from Mukute
But you can do it on your THUMB
With your FN
We love our Sergeant Major, when he drives it on RL
When he takes us on the bush road It's just like going to
Heaven, I'm in Heaven

It's a long way to Llewelyn
It's a long way on the train
We can kwai it to the North Pole, But they'd build one just the same
The parade square
We all dig the stoppies, haircuts and the graze
And if we really scheme it's lekker when we start on our first phase

“Mukkas” is South African/Afrikaans slang for “friends”, they also of course mention many towns of significance to the Rhodies (many of which were hosts to battles, like Mukumbura, Umtali, the Montclair hotel, etc)... “ek se” is Afrikaans for “I say”, “tot siens” is Afrikaans for “goodbye”, JOC Inyanga refers to the Rhodesian Joint Operations Center in Inyanga, “wide tar” is a type of road category in Rhodesia (and now Occupied Rhodesia, I will not call it Zimbabwe) indicating at least a two-lane road, FN is the ubiquitous FN FAL rifle used by the Rhodies... the “stoppies” were all the stops made along the way by the Rhodies, getting haircuts and graze (food) along the way, and “lekker” is slang for good or great.

✠ The Rhodesian Bush War—also called the Second Chimurenga and the Zimbabwe War of Liberation—was a civil conflict from July 1964 to December 1979 in the unrecognised country of Rhodesia . The conflict pitted three forces against one another: the Rhodesian white minority-led government of Ian Smith the Zimbabwe African National Liberation Army, the military wing of Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe African National Union; and the Zimbabwe People's Revolutionary Army of Joshua Nkomo's Zimbabwe African People's Union. ✠

Lyrics:

Here's the story of Rhodesia
A land both fair and great
On 11th of November
An independent state

This was much against the wishes
Of certain governments
Whose leaders tried to break us down
To make us all repent

But we're all Rhodesians
And we'll fight through thick and thin
We'll keep our land a free land
Stop the enemy coming in

We'll keep them north of the Zambezi
Till that river's running dry
This mighty land will prosper
For Rhodesians never die

They can send their men to murder
And they can shout their words of hate
But the cost of keeping this land free
Can never be too great

For our men and boys are fighting
For the things that they hold dear
That this land and all its people
Will never disappear

'Cause we're all Rhodesians
And we'll fight through thick and thin
We'll keep our land a free land
Stop the enemy coming in

We'll keep them north of the Zambezi
Till that river's running dry
This mighty land will prosper
For Rhodesians never die

We'll preserve this little nation
For our children's children too
For once you're a Rhodesian
No other land will do

We will stand tall in the sunshine
With the truth upon our side
And if we have to go alone
We'll go alone with pride

But we're all Rhodesians
And we'll fight through thick and thin
We'll keep our land a free land
Stop the enemy coming in

We'll keep them north of the Zambezi
Till that river's running dry
This mighty land will prosper
For Rhodesians never die

Yes we're all Rhodesians
And we'll fight through thick and thin
We'll keep our land a free land
Stop the enemy coming in

We'll keep them north of the Zambezi
Till that river's running dry
This mighty land will prosper
For Rhodesians never die

Because we're all Rhodesians
And we'll fight through thick and thin
We'll keep our land a free land
Stop the enemy coming in

We'll keep them north of the Zambezi
Till that river's running dry

During the Bush War, the BSAP operated several anti-guerrilla units, most prominently the Police Anti-Terrorist Unit, which tracked and engaged Communist guerrillas; the Support Unit, which was a police field force, nicknamed the "Black Boots" because of the colour of their footwear; and the Civilian African Tracking Unit, composed mostly of black Rhodesian trackers utilising the traditional skills and techniques of the Shangaan people.

Lyrics:

If you have a look around a jungle JOC.
It isn't very hard to find a super cop;
You can tell who he is if you look down
'Cause he don't wear those boots of brown.

He wears black boots and he's comin to get ya,
An eagle on his sleeve and I can bet ya,
Any old place where the black boots are,
It ain't no place for a gandanga.

He can run like a cheetah, he can fight like a bear,
He can jump like a kudu, he can jinx like a hare
And just like a monkey he can climb a tree,
He can swim like a tiger in the Zambezi.

He wears black boots and he's comin to get ya,
An eagle on his sleeve and I can bet ya,
Any old place where the black boots are,
It ain't no place for a gandanga.

If a terr's on the run or if he goes to ground,
Doesn't really matter 'cause they'll hunt him down
And if that terr's the first that shoots,
He's got no chance against the Black Boots,

He wears black boots and he's comin to get ya,
An eagle on his sleeve and I can bet ya,
Any old place where the black boots are,
It ain't no place for a gandanga.

'Way down Thrasher or a Hurricane,
Repulse, Tangent, it's all the same,
They can go where they like, do what they can,
But the Black boots always get their man.

He wears black boots and he's comin to get ya,
An eagle on his sleeve and I can bet ya,
Any old place where the black boots are,
It ain't no place for a gandanga.

He wears black boots and he's comin to get ya,
An eagle on his sleeve and I can bet ya,
Any old place where the black boots are,
It ain't no place for a gandanga.

In 1965, the Whites of the British colony of southern Rhodesia rebelled against Britain. They rejected the British orders to hand over power to blacks. A question that has bothered me in recent years when I began re-investigating Rhodesian history was this: Since the rebellion, like all rebellions, is ILLEGAL, why didn't the British invade Rhodesia which was controlled by a small population of whites?

It took some time, but I finally found the exact answer to this very important question. How was it that whites could rebel against the UK openly and they were not invaded - which by rights they should have been?

In here, I discuss and show you the plans and intentions of the British politicians to invade and crush the white rebellion. There were blacks in Africa, like the black President of Zambia who kept telling the British to crush the white rebels and who allowed the British to send their air-force and military to Zambia, from which Rhodesia could be invaded.

The politicians had the power to carry out an invasion, and yet it never happened! Why?

Here's the answer to one of the strangest mysteries of Rhodesia, a mystery that is almost never raised even by Rhodesians!!

This is a very important question, and I delve into the many things that happened, but hidden in here is a big white pill for whites. You will be surprised by the answer.

Original Description--
"White farmers are under persecution in Zimbabwe. In June 2009 there were only 100 of them left.
Is it all about land redistribution, in order for the injustices of the colonization era to be rectified, when white farmers owned the best pieces of land, as president Mugabe claims? Or is it about the wiping out of the white population, a reverse racism, a political game so that he can remain in power? This is a documentary where there are no good guys apart from the tortured people of Zimbabwe. Its the image of Africas ex-granary that became synonymous with poverty, inflation, corruption, electoral fraud, violence and oppression."

Modern Western War is really a direct offshoot of the intensive, decisive, quick battles that the Ancient Greeks waged among themselves. This has become known as "Conventional Warfare", compared to "Guerrilla" or "Terrorist" warfare.

I describe how, in 14 years of struggle for freedom, the whites of Rhodesia changed and matured in their military methods. How we evolved, became more experienced and finally, more used to combat and then one day, at the behest of a senior officer, Ron Reid-Daly, we began engaging in large scale cross border raids, which were short term, temporary invasions and attacks on black states from which large numbers of black terrorists came.

I discuss the evolution from small scale fighting to The Big Battle, and how, amazingly, this worked for Rhodesians even when we were outnumbered over 50:1. In fact, the attacks that Rhodesia pulled off, were, by normal military logic, IMPOSSIBLE. Yet, they worked perfectly. I describe why whites should be confident, even when massively outnumbered by blacks.

Here is a very funny story from the Rhodesian War, from 1977 when a group of 40 black "special forces" infiltrated into Rhodesia to launch a night attack on an FAF (Forward Airfield) using mortars, machine-guns, AK47s and RPG7s. They were firing lots of tracer rounds at the FAF and the Rhodesian army base next to it.

In here, I also mention a Rhodesian invention, a type of wire mesh which actually worked, which catches incoming mortar shells and prevents them from damaging our small, but very critically important, air force!

With the opposition trying to impeach him and his popularity at an all-time low, President Robert Mugabe has lashed out at Zimbabwe's white minority, threatening genocide trials for all who fought against him in the independence war.
Mugabe told supporters on Wednesday that Ian Smith, the white leader he helped overthrow two decades ago, and all whites who fought against black guerrillas would face trials for war crimes.
Speaking as he arrived for a debate in Oxford on Thursday, Ian Smith responded to these latest threats, saying Mugabe's actions belonged to a man clinging onto the last vestiges of power.
He challenged Mugabe to set up a truth and reconciliation committee, saying that he had nothing to fear.
Arriving at Oxford Union Thursday night, the former white leader of the former British colony of Rhodesia, Ian Smith laughed off President Mugabe's latest threat to put him on the stand.
Mugabe is calling for all whites who fought against black guerrillas to face trials for war crimes.
Mugabe has said the nation's 70,000 whites - less than 1 percent of the population of 13 million - mostly opposed his government and had spurned offers of forgiveness and reconciliation.
Smith rejected Mugabe threat, saying that the blame for the violence lay squarely on Mugabe's shoulders.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"Well he is the one who should be put on trial for genocide isn't he, Mugabe -- not Smith."
SUPER CAPTION: Ian Smith, former Rhodesian Prime Minister
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"Well because he killed so many people, massacred them by the thousands, I mean Gurugundi and Matabeleland land, when he massacred 30,000 Matabeleles, I never remember massacring a single person in my life."
SUPERCAPTION: Ian Smith, former Rhodesian Prime Minister
Smith said Mugabe's belligerent style of government had forced him into a corner - one which had made him desperate and dangerous.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"He is in a state of panic, he doesn't know whether he is coming or going, he is like a wounded animal in a corner, dangerous and unpredictable. So I don't know what to say or what to think, it is difficult."
SUPERCAPTION: Ian Smith, former Rhodesian Prime Minister
When asked if he feared a trial, Smith openly challenged Mugabe to carry out his threats, saying he had nothing to fear.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"No I would love it, let's get the truth, when your conscience is clear you have got no problem, have you?"
SUPERCAPTION: Ian Smith, former Rhodesian Prime Minister
However, when questioned if he felt any responsibility for the current state of the economy in Zimbabwe, Smith said the blacks had actually benefitted under British rule.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"Certainly not, the black community will tell you they lived better under Smith than under Mugabe, they were brain washed by a communist propaganda machine into believing that things were going to improve, sadly they were taken for a ride."
SUPERCAPTION: Ian Smith, former Rhodesian Prime Minister
He said that the only way to establish the truth of Mugabe's accusations was to follow in the footsteps of South Africa's truth and reconciliation commission.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
I've challenged Mugabe to set up a commission of truth and reconciliation similar to the one they had in South Africa. My word I think that would frighten him if he had to face up to that thing, I would welcome it."
SUPERCAPTION: Ian Smith, former Rhodesian Prime Minister
Mugabe's threats come the same day a poll was released showing that 75 percent of Zimbabweans want Mugabe to resign and 51 percent want him prosecuted for human rights abuses.

Wikipedia short summary (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gukurahundi):
"The Gukurahundi was a series of massacres of Ndebele civilians carried out by the Zimbabwe National Army from early 1983 to late 1987. It derives from a Shona language term which loosely translates to "the early rain which washes away the chaff before the spring rains"."(...)"thousands of Ndebele were detained by government forces and either marched to re-education camps or summarily executed. Although there are different estimates, the consensus of the International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS) is that more than 20,000 people were killed. The IAGS has classified the massacres as a genocide."

After much research, the unfortunately visually "light" mini-documentary about Rhodesia five days before the tenth anniversary of Ian Smith's death. May the great Ian Smith rest in peace."

Music in the video is essentially all from John Edmond. Highly suggest checking out his music, it's available in a lot of places even Spotify.
And remember, Rhodesians never die.

For those of us in the White-positive sphere, there may be a few scenes near the start of the film that you may not agree with, namely the occasional remark in support of multiculturalism or colour-blind egalitarianism. But push that aside and there are important facts to be learned in this film regarding Robert Mugabe's brutal assault on White Rhodesians.

Michael Campbell -- a white, 75-year-old farmer living in Zimbabwe -- stands up for his rights against an oppressive government in this fascinating documentary. Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe's controversial "Land Reform" system has forced most White farmers out of the country, turning their properties over to inexperienced government officials. But Campbell, determined to defend his farm (and the black workers and family members who live there), takes his case to international court.

Mugabe and the White African is a 2009 documentary film by Lucy Bailey & Andrew Thompson and produced by David Pearson & Elizabeth Morgan Hemlock. It has won many awards including the Grierson 2010 and been BAFTA and Emmy Nominated.

JB Campbell was a very interesting American who came to Africa in 1971 in order to try and get additional whites from America, Canada, etc to come and live among the whites in either Apartheid South Africa or Rhodesia. Campbell was not successful in this project, but he did discover the Rhodesian army and he became fascinated by it and wanted to join it. Thus his adventure started in Rhodesia.

One thing that impressed Campbell tremendously about Rhodesia, and which I, myself long for, is the SPIRIT of the whites in standing up for themselves, though they were vastly outnumbered and were illegal rebels in the world. Campbell mentions that he hoped to create this spirit among the Americans, because they don't know what it's like.

In this video, we listen to Campbell being interviewed in 2016. In there he mentions many things about Jews, America, Rhodesia, etc.

A very interesting thing that Campbell discusses too, are the White Christian missionaries, from Britain and even America who came to teach the blacks Christian love, and how they became a problem for the Rhodesian Army. He also describes how despite warnings from himself and the army that the blacks would turn on them and kill them, the Christians did not listen, and later they WERE MURDERED. The very American Christian missionaries whom he had warned, were killed by the blacks a few weeks later.

My real interest in Campbell lies in an account that he had, which no whites in Africa reported in their books, and that is, about Israel supplying weapons to the terrorists fighting Rhodesia. This unique and fascinating account is something that whites need to be aware of. Campbell described how Rhodesia and South Africa's leaders, who were friendly to Israel, went about dealing with this.

There is much more that I can say about the filthy Jewish state of Israel and their love-fest with the communist blacks of Zimbabwe, but I don't touch on that in this video.

Here's the story of Rhodesia, a land both fair and great.
On 11th of November an independent state.
This was much against the wishes of certain governments.
Whose leaders tried to break us down, to make us all repent.
But we're all Rhodesians and we'll fight through thick and thin.
We'll keep our land a free land, stop the enemy coming in.
We'll keep them north of the Zambezi till that river's running dry.
This mighty land will prosper for Rhodesians never die.
They can send their men to murder
And they can shout their words of hate.
But the cost of keeping this land free will never be too great.
For our men and boys are fighting for the things that they hold dear.
This land and all its people will never disappear.
But we're all Rhodesians and we'll fight through thick and thin.
We'll keep our land a free land, stop the enemy coming in.
We'll keep them north of the Zambezi till that river's running dry.
This mighty land will prosper for Rhodesians never die.
We'll preserve this little nation, for our children's children too.
For once you're a Rhodesian, no other land will do
We will stand forth in the sunshine, with the truth upon our side.
And if we have to go alone, we'll go alone with pride.
But we're all Rhodesians and we'll fight through thick and thin.
We'll keep our land a free land, stop the enemy coming in.
We'll keep them north of the Zambezi till that river's running dry.
This mighty land will prosper for Rhodesians never die.

I introduce people to Rhodesia’s most popular comedian, Wrex Tarr. He specialised in humour called “Fanagalo” or “Kitchen K*ffir”. This was a mixed language, like the Jews’ Yiddish, except it was made up of words from Zulu, English, Afrikaans, etc. It was invented by whites on the South African Gold mines. This mixed language allowed whites and blacks to communicate quite easily even though we did not fully understand each other’s language.

This is my first video about battles in Rhodesia. In this video we look at Operation Aztec, where 700 Rhodesian troops invaded the black communist state of Mozambique.

We look at this from the American viewpoint as given by 2 Majors of the US Marine Corps who studied the Rhodesian war. Operation Aztec is the ONLY time I know of in any of the race wars of the Whites in southern Africa, where the white troops were commanded by a white from outside Africa. The commander was Captain John Murphy, an American. He came to fight with the whites of Rhodesia and later South Africa. He died in South Africa.

This unknown American soldier, came to help his white brothers in Africa and this is what he did when he was given a chance. He defied the orders of his Rhodesian commanders, and he pounded the blacks for all he was worth.

We also examine the bizarre and sad politics of South Africa's Apartheid Govt undoing some of the work of Murphy and his brave soldiers. As always, politics undermines the efforts of the white soldiers in Africa. This is a recurring theme for Rhodesia and South Africa.

I am NOT attacking the FEW British who have woken up (past & present) to the plight of the White Race. The British I am referring to are the Liberalised British who have made it their business to fight whites using non-whites and who have chosen non-whites above that of whites who were of their own blood, their own kith and kin like in Rhodesia.

I wrote this to my niece and nephew both of whom grew up in Rhodesia with me and who as adults, in their late 40's now, SEETHE WITH ANGER over what happened to us in Rhodesia and who, to this day love Rhodesia and are VERY PROUD of our time there. They now live in South Africa.

This exchange started as a result of Prince Harry, announcing his intention to marry a coloured American actress who is also Jewish. This is what I wrote to my nephew and my niece. I started by mocking the stupid British Royal Family.

Why are there so many droughts in Zimbabwe, almost for 15 years running and now these are impacting South Africa's weather patterns like never before. Boer Jack and I have discussed an old idea of mine that the massive destruction of farming in Zimbabwe, and the desertification of Zimbabwe, might be impacting the entire region.

NB: NB: The satellite image I use in this video, which I posted on AfricanCrisis many years ago, is from 2004. This was only 4 years into a process which carried on until after 2015! So the actual ecological damage by the blacks might be much greater than you see on this satellite map. Of course, there is, as always, a cover-up of the massive damage these blacks do to the environment.

Biltong is a form of dried, cured meat that originated in Southern African countries.Various types of meat are used to produce it, ranging from beef and game meats to fillets of meat cut into strips following the grain of the muscle, or flat pieces sliced across the grain. It is related to beef jerky in that they are both spiced, dried meats; however, the typical ingredients, taste and production processes may differ.

The word biltong is from the Dutch bil ("buttock”") and tong ("strip" or "tongue").

When the dust of the day had parched your throat, nothing restored your faith in your fellow man faster than downing a few ice cold 'chiboolies'. Shumba Drinkers at the time were known to "drink a dozen a day.
This peaked at #3 in Rhodesia on August 27, 1977. Mike Westcott was a popular DJ and TV presenter.

EDIT: This is a reupload of the video of the same name. For some reason, it would not play. Also, this has a lower quality resolution, but that shouldn't detract from the message of the video.

Robert Mugabe was a dictator and communist. He destroyed the country of Zimbabwe and has plunged his people to suffer. Leftists call him a hero. Everyone else calls him a tyrant and genocidal dictator.
