Learn how to effortlessly cover a weighted blanket or duvet in seconds by just following a few easy steps:

Step 1: Take the cover, unzip it and turn it inside-out.

Step 2: Lay the inside-out cover on your bed, keeping the zipped edge on the opposite side of the headboard.

Step 3: Take the weighted blanket or duvet and lay it on top of the cover.

Step 4: (Only if your blanket or duvet has ties) Tie all the blanket loops except the ones on the zipped edge.

Step 5: Roll the blanket (or duvet) and the cover together starting from the bed headboard.

Step 6: Carefully push the rolled end inside the zipped opening. Then repeat for the other rolled side.

Step 7: (Only if your blanket or duvet has ties) Tie the remaining loops on the zipped edge, then close the zipper.

Step 8: Unroll the blanket (or duvet) and cover. Your blanket/duvet is ready!

This came to me in a dream that was not a dream. Because I was not asleep. But it was also not a daydream. Because it was nighttime.

I built Auto out of a bunch of old car parts and an old transistor radio. All I was trying to do was make myself a friend who wouldn’t always be complaining about my b.o. and stealing my juice, but it turned out that my robot could Groove like a mama-jama. Of course that was after it developed something darn close to consciousness after sitting in the garage over the winter. Funny thing is when I first saw him moving around I thought the rats had got in there and started a party but when he started dancing and and stomping out a grimy beat I knew we had to start ourselves a band and so here it is.

Auto and I record all our Audio with an apogee mic+ directly into Auria Pro running on an old ipad air 2. Video I record with a Canon t6i and edit on said ipad with various apps, primarily Cute CUT.

Do you wake up in the morning and only want to go back to bed? Do you slog through your morning as though in a fog and consume caffeine to make it? Time to get off that merry-g-round and live instead. Channel Dad Bryon Lape reads an article about How to Wake Up In The Morning. It is all about finding a routine that will energize your body and power you throughout the entire day. It is your day, find your routine.

Morning meditation is a good way to open your mind and increase oxygen flow to your body. It is not just a relaxation technique. Meditation is a welcome to the day.

For centuries, Yoga has strengthened and energized people all over the world. The religious aspects do help create a better sense of wonder and wholeness, but are not necessary to get the benefits of the yoga practice. Adding Yoga to the morning may help you find the wake up you need.

Morning exercise is also a great way to get the heart pumping, increase oxygen flow, and rid the body of toxins collected during sleep. Flush your body and mind and hit the day with new energy levels.

Don't want to hit the gym for exercise? A vigorous walk around the neighborhood is good too. Getting outside in the sun has an added benefit of providing some vitamin D. The morning air filling your lungs and breathing deeply will all add to getting you energized for the day.

Above all, stay off your phone and computer until your morning routine is complete. No checking e-mails or phone messages. No need to look at Facebook or Instagram. Just listen to this YouTube channel while your exercise and start your day.
