Ideal for acoustic or electric, powerful enough for small gigs, this new version of the Spider V has firmware that impress. Now you can select between 'produced' mode or 'classic' mode (the latter of which has a more traditional sound - just like any other amp combo). As well, there are dozens of great sounding presets (that you can edit and save) that also include iconic songs (e.g., Whole Lotta Love) and Artist Presets (e.g., Devin Townsend, Ola Englund, etc.). With 78 amp and 24 cab sims, as well as dozens of effects, the MkII sound quality, diverseness and total options surpasses anything else on the market in its category.
So I'm writing an article late at night, and this crazy spider starts attacking the cursor. No kidding. He kept tracking what I was typing, leading me to realize he was watching the screen and treating it as reality. (Just like TV zombies in the la la land of humans, I guess...)
Honestly, I never knew spiders could read computer screens. But this one can. He's now my pet pixel-munching spider that I call "Spider Dude." His favorite channel is CNN where he enjoys repeatedly biting Piers Morgan's elongated face.
His super power is that he can navigate Microsoft Windows without crashing.
