Please be aware that Teacher Kristin Pitzen has published a TikTok video (attached) in which she claims that she "lost" the U.S. flag in her classroom and is advising students to use the pride flag for the pledge instead.
Not only is this extremely unprofessional and confusing for impressionable children, it is against school board policy. In particular, EC 52720 which states;
"The giving of the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America shall satisfy the requirements of this section."

Please take appropriate action to ensure this teacher is not using our children as subjects to inject her personal viewpoints. They have no place in the classroom.
I think she hates kids... she said "This KId" instead of "My Student" as she should have said...
