This "Principal"-knowledge of a mechanical/mathematical formula or sine-wave tuning fork plotting of what is happening between 2 different types of people is new to you. Why Tesla Is Just a Ponzi Scheme
Think ENRON…
I know that headline probably triggered more than a few Elon Musk acolytes. But once I’m done here, I’m hopeful they’ll hate me a little bit less… or at least see I’m only trying to help.
So let’s get into it…
What Is a Ponzi Scheme?
Back in the 1920s, a particular businessman in Boston made quite a living for himself running schemes where he’d promise great investment returns but just steal the money.
He started off with a legitimate arbitrage play, but quickly started diverting new investor money to pay himself and earlier investors.
He was far from the first person to do this. In fact, this kind of scheme had been going on for at least a hundred years at that point, but has probably been around even longer.
Yet, for one reason or another, this man’s scheme got a ton of attention in the press both inside and outside of the United States… both while it was inflating and after it collapsed too.
And a hundred years later, those kinds of schemes still bears that Bostonian’s name: Charles Ponzi.
But you don’t have to be named Ponzi to orchestrate one. Probably the biggest and most famous Ponzi was perpetrated by the former chair of the Nasdaq, Bernard “Bernie” Madoff.
Madoff’s scheme likely ran for decades, defrauded thousands of investors, and cost its participants tens of billions of dollars.
But whether they’re large or small, Ponzi schemes all share one characteristic: Existing investors are only paid with funds from new investors.
That means when you can’t find any new investors, the scheme will fall apart.
And that brings me to Tesla…
What Happens When the Marks Disappear?
In case you’re not familiar with the parlance, a “mark” is the person a scammer is trying to scam. With Charles Ponzi and Bernie Madoff, those marks were private investors.
And that’s what makes their schemes easy to identify as Ponzis. They went out to individuals and promised high returns.
Then, in order to pay out those returns, they funneled money from new investors to existing ones.
But the Ponzis of today are a whole lot more complicated and a whole lot more careful about how they dupe investors into giving them money.
Tesla is a perfect example…
Without billions in taxpayer subsidies and billions more in carbon credit sales, Tesla has never and will likely never make a profit. And yet it continues to operate.
Pray tell, how do you think that works? I’m just spitballing numbers here to make an example…
But consider this: If Tesla needs $4 billion a year to pay its bills and it only makes $2 billion a year in sales, where does that extra $2 billion come from?
Spoiler alert: It comes from investors like you…
Well, not exactly like you. These are the investors that get called by companies and offered deals on the share price in exchange for a massive investment.
But either way, they’re outsiders. They’re not part of the scheme.
And when Tesla runs out of the money the last round of investors gave it, the company puts out a bunch of new shares to raise more money.
Then after burning through that money and having nothing to show for it, the company has to go out and raise more funds to keep paying those bills.
It’s the textbook definition of a Ponzi scheme. But it’s been so well orchestrated and so well hidden that even massive corporations like Vanguard, BlackRock, and State Street have fallen victim.
The only reason nobody’s cried foul is because the scheme hasn’t fallen apart… yet.
Elon Musk has been able to find enough rubes to fill each and every down-round financing he’s put out there because money has been free and growth has been the only thing that mattered.
Ponzis Only Hurt When You’re Still Invested
That’s not the tune the markets are singing anymore, however. Growth at all costs without profitability isn’t acceptable anymore.
So Elon has two choices. He can slow down growth in the hopes of reaching profitability.
Or he can keep accelerating growth in the hopes that the market will change how it values companies again.
If he chooses option one, the stock will get crushed as growth turns negative and profitability isn’t there yet.
If he goes with option two, he’s got no choice but to keep the Ponzi scheme going.
He’ll have to keep offering more and more shares to the market at lower and lower prices until, finally, there are no more marks left to fleece.
And I think Elon Musk realized this even before I did. Because several months ago, he started selling shares of Tesla…
He hasn’t stopped since. And I don’t think he’s going to anytime soon, either. Because he knows that Ponzi schemes only hurt the people who’re still in at the end.
And he thinks if he can get out of this Ponzi he’s been running for over a decade, he might just stay the richest person in the world.

In this astonishing video, I bring you an incident involving a Tesla Model X inadvertently transforming into a water-bound phenomenon at the Polk Street Boat Ramp in Hollywood, Florida. What began as a routine jet ski launch took an electrifying turn when the Tesla descended into the water and astonishingly caught fire, sparking an underwater blaze that raged on for hours before being successfully recovered.
What is Giga Casting? What is Giga Press 2.0? What about Giga Press 1.0 for that matter?
Giga Casting, also known as Giga Press, is a technological process of high pressure die-casting aluminum, for large assemblies. The process uses heat as well as pressure.
The big problem in finding out more about Giga Press is the Tesla fans. They often do not understand technology and resort to using buzz words to justify their purchases or fan-ness.
Tesla is known for branding existing tech processes, and calling it innovation. The Tesla “Unboxed Process” is merely the old way of building vehicles, prior to the assembly line (which Tesla still uses). The reason Tesla is moving back to this stationary method is due to Giga Press.
Giga Casting is the means by which Tesla hopes to build the as much of an entire car in one cast. The reason for this is to cut down on robot or human assembly, to cut costs and improve supply chain mechanics.
I do cover definitions, since Tesla fans (and Elon Musk himself) conflate terms. So I do talk about body-on-frame cars, and the innovation of the FWD drive train assembly. No, sadly exoskeleton cars are just unibody cars
There are some innovations at Tesla, and that is the means by which molds are made. Sand is often used when making molds, but using a 3D printer to make such molds is novel, and clever. Obviously 3D printed molds can yield complex geometries in die-cast parts
Giga-casting has flaws though. Many flaws. The biggest is the lack of repairability. Parts cannot be replaced, since its one single component. Much like the Rivian dent scandal, where a small dent cost $55,000 to repair, Tesla will suffer even worse when it comes to replacing panels and other parts. There seems to be this conflation between innovation and “fewer parts”. More parts means cheaper repairs, easier replacement of smaller components
Another flaw is the casting itself, that will result in deformation of the end product. Casting is rather rough to begin with, but works in heavy, smaller components, such as engine blocks, differential housings, etc. Casting the whole body of the car is why Tesla’s are known for very poor body fitment and panel gaps
Ultimately, Giga Casting only benefits the manufacturer, cutting their costs, while it increases repair costs, shortens vehicle life and durability. Aluminum as it is work hardens, resulting is stress risers, cracks and fissures that can total out a car. This is why in aviation, they replace entire aircraft skins, ribs, spars regularly. This cannot be done with single pieces made with a Giga Press. Any repair in effect becomes replacing the entire car
So, get ready for disposable cars, and of course, higher insurance costs due to the increased repair costs (if repairs are even cost effective to begin with!). And even if you don’t have a car made with a Giga Press, our premiums will still go up.

Could the global demand for electricity be satisfied with a single power generation and distribution system? A team of scientists from Russia believes this may be possible, using technology now a century old.
At the start of the 20th century, famed inventor Nikola Tesla designed and built the first Tesla Tower. This futuristic spire was intended as a test of a system to deliver electricity worldwide.
Construction of the Wardenclyffe Tower was completed in 1917. Despite several tests, the 187-foot tower, constructed of wood and copper, could not transmit electricity as needed. It was soon torn down.
Now, a group of engineers has re-designed the tower, using modern materials and electronic components. After five years of research, they believe their version of the Tesla Tower could provide electricity to locations around the globe.
Leonid and Sergey Plekhanov, a pair of brothers who graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, are behind the plan. The pair examined Tesla's original plan, and the design of the original tower. They believe their team has found a way to make the idea work, using modern technology and construction techniques. Tesla's original tower weighed more than 60 tons. The new design will weigh just two tons.
The project will cost around $800,000. To raise these funds, the Plekhanovs have started a crowdfunding campaign on Indygogo.
The brothers wrote, "We will be able to get the first results in a few months after the completion of the tower and we are really in need for substantial financial support due to the large scale of this research program."
According to designers, the generation of electrical current could be generated by a single solar panel 200 miles on a side. This would be or 40,000 square miles in area, and located in a desert, near the equator. This facility could prove to be a major stumbling block to development. At current costs, the construction of such a panel would cost over 20 trillion dollars.

Two Russian physicists are fundraising to realize their project for wireless energy transmission once proposed by brilliant 20th-century scientist Nikola Tesla. Solar panels and an upgraded Tesla Tower could solve global energy hunger, they say.
Leonid and Sergey Plekhanov, graduates of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, claim they have spent years scrutinizing the Nikola Tesla’s patents and diaries and they believe that with his most ambitious project – transcontinental wireless energy transmissions – Tesla came very close to unprecedented scientific discovery that could be brought to fruition.
The enthusiasts say they need about $800,000 to reconstruct the famous Wardenclyffe Tower once created by Tesla himself to implement his ideas and find a commercial application for his ideas on long-distance wireless energy transmission.
The Plekhanov brothers are raising money through IndieGogo kickstarter. The campaign will last until July 25. So far the project has managed to collect only 2 percent of the desired sum (about $18,000 out of the desired $800,000 as we publish this article).

Tesla hatte das Glück zu einer Zeit tätig gewesen zu sein, als dass Patentrecht als solches etabliert und und zu einem wichtigen wirtschaftlichen Faktor wurde. Viele Patente aus dieser Zeit gehen auf die Erfindungen früherer Forscher zurück.

He also developed the three-phase system of electric power transmission. He immigrated to the United States in 1884 and sold the patent rights to his system of alternating-current dynamos, transformers, and motors to George Westinghouse. In 1891 he invented the Tesla coil, an induction coil widely used in radio technology.
Tesla was from a family of Serbian origin. His father was an Orthodox priest; his mother was unschooled but highly intelligent. As he matured, he displayed remarkable imagination and creativity as well as a poetic touch.
Several times I have looked at videos about the Flat Earth. None convinced me in any way. Then I stumbled on this. This covers a great number of other subjects as well, as everything is inter-related, though we are trained to categorize everything in Western schools. Some historical lies remain here, but they can be forgiven for that, considering the scope of this. I am still suffering a bit of Cognitive Dissonance from this, but that is what happens when 60 year old knowledge gets challenged. Welcome to the party.
