Another interesting one from RV Truth. I remember hearing about this one a long time ago and being curious yet highly skeptical of the whole theory. I remember watching some initially seemingly crackpot documentary knocking around 2010ish, compiled of what I felt to be half truths, lies, and otherwise generally eye twitching evidence that the Paul McCartney we see today is not the same dude of the early 1960's. Here's a new compilation of compelling examples of "William" or "Billy Campbell" being spotlighted. OG upload @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9PuQx69-4k&feature=youtu.be

"Got My Mind Set on You" (also written as "(Got My Mind) Set on You") is a song written and composed by Rudy Clark and originally recorded by James Ray in 1962, under the title "I've Got My Mind Set on You". An edited version of the song was released later in the year as a single on the Dynamic Sound label credited to James Ray with Hutch Davie Orchestra & Chorus.

In 1987, George Harrison released a cover version of the song as a single, and released it on his album Cloud Nine, which he had recorded on his own Dark Horse Records label.

Of Harrison's three number-one singles in the US, it was both the only song not written or composed by Harrison himself and the only one without religious overtones. Not only was it the last US No. 1 hit by Harrison, but, as of 2019, the last from any of the ex-Beatles in the US. When the song hit No. 1, it broke a three-way tie between Harrison, John Lennon, and Ringo Starr, all of whom had two No. 1 hit singles as solo artists (discounting Paul McCartney's work with Wings). It also happened to be the No. 1 single in the US the week immediately preceding the induction of The Beatles into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, making Harrison one of the few inductees to have an active single on the US record charts at the time of induction. Billboard ranked the song as No. 3 for 1988.

The single's B-side is "Lay His Head", a remixed version of the unreleased song from Harrison's originally intended Somewhere in England album. The 12-inch version of the single also adds an extended version of "Got My Mind Set on You".

Two music videos were released for the single, both directed by Gary Weis. The first features Alexis Denisof trying to win the heart of a girl in an amusement arcade. While the girl looks at Harrison and his band in a movie viewer, the young man tries to win a toy ballerina for the girl.

The second video, inspired by the then-recently released comedy horror film Evil Dead II, depicts Harrison playing a guitar while seated in a study. As the song progresses, furniture and knick-knacks (including a stuffed squirrel, sentient chainsaw, a statue, and mounted stag and warthog), begin to sing or dance along with the song. In the middle of the video, Harrison (through the use of a stunt double) performs a backflip from his chair and follows it with a dance routine before jumping back to his seat.

The second video received significant airplay and was nominated for three MTV VMAs.

I DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS TO THIS VIDEO. NO INFRINGEMENT INTENDED. FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY!

(原文: Lennon: Where are we going, fellas? Others: To the top, Johnny! To the toppermost of the poppermost)
Year: Recorded in 1969, released in 1970. Album: Let It Be. Writer: Paul McCartney 保羅麥卡尼 (credited to Lennon-McCartney) 終於到了我提過多次的「Let It Be 三本柱」的最後一首, The Long and Winding Road,與 Let It Be 是同一天創作完成,是保羅麥卡尼在經過許多氣氛緊張的錄音時段後寫下的抒情作品。 The Long and Winding Road也拿去堆灰塵。 Phil Spector,The Long and Winding Road
The Long and Winding Road可說是當時樂團內部合作動力不足的受害者,尤其以負責貝斯的約翰藍儂表現最糟糕,在許多地方都展現出他有限的彈奏本領,這並不能完全去怪藍儂,因為他最常使用的是節奏吉他,對貝斯本來就不擅長,但是…。 The Long and Winding Road的表現為此曲留下明確的污點。
The Long and Winding Road的重新製作案完全沒有徵得他的同意,他不知道原來他的舊作品被拿去改造了。
二: Phil Spector 完全違背了保羅一手規劃的Get Back session的初衷: Honest track 原本 The Long and Winding Road
The Long and Winding Road背後的故事是如何「曲折」離奇,這無礙這張單曲獲得商業上的成功,充滿自省與誠摯呼喚的歌詞,以及為歌曲增添悲壯氣氛的弦樂與和聲,灑狗血的效果十足,加上與披頭四解散的時事背景不謀而合,讓The Long and Winding Road 從1964年 "I Want to Hold Your Hand"一直延續到1970年的披頭四傳奇,就此謝幕。 到底是不是真的有這條 Long and Winding Road 呢? The Long and Winding Road, 結尾的yeah yeah yeah 是披頭四早期的知名歌曲 "She Loves You" 一再重複的樂段,只是She Loves You 的yeah yeah yeah 是藍儂、麥卡尼、哈里遜三人一同高聲合唱,The Long and Winding Road The Long and Winding Road 與 She Loves You 之間的連繫,就像中文的修辭「回文」一般,令人低迴不已。

I'm just going to say that if you like any of the mixes on this channel go to Mixcloud and listen to them there. It has become increasingly hard to post things on YouTube for me in the last few months. Aside from the track listing being in the comments section because it will get the vid blocked if I put it here, not being able to tag vids without it getting blocked, or YouTube just blocking three quarters of the mix a month or so after I upload it. It has become clear that this is not the platform for me. I will post what I can here and send out Tweets (no idea why anyone would pay any attention to that, I'm just not that interesting) and try to let the people that do enjoy my work know when something is new. But to listen to this channel seriously, the way I intended it to be consumed, JUST GO TO MIXCLOUD!

Yes, Paul really did die. He died in a car crash. There are ACTUAL NEWS ARTICLES that said he died in that crash! He was obviously replaced. The most well known is William Campbell, aka Billy Shears. The Beatles even did a song about him. Further, the real Paul had brown eyes, Billy Shears has green. Billy Shears is also taller than Paul. Lastly, Paul wears a size 8 shoe, but when he removed his shoes for charity the shoes were 9.5. So unless you claim Paul grew 2 inches, got a size & a half bigger foot, & changed his eye color to green, he definitely *WAS* replaced by Billy.

Just a quick video of two interviews from 1966 and 1967 Paul to Faul - 1966 and 1967 Interviews with more differences.

Thanks to Jaems Harilie who found the dates of these two recordings, the 1966 interview is from the 19th of August. And the 1967 one's from 18th January. So that's only 5 months between the 2 videos.

Paul & Faul are not one the same the difference is like night & day.
Faul has a longer face & has a scottish accent & Paul has a rounder face.
Just one year apart & no wonder they didn't perform live again. The fans would've noticed the difference instantly.

The Beatles' rooftop concert was the final public performance of the English rock band the Beatles. On 30 January 1969, the band, with keyboardist Billy Preston, surprised a central London office and fashion district with an impromptu concert from the roof of the headquarters of the band's multimedia corporation Apple Corps at 3 Savile Row. In a 42-minute set, the Beatles played nine takes of five songs before the Metropolitan Police asked them to reduce the volume.
