The video is a bit of a tutorial on how to use Wayback Machine. Mostly, like in our Sci'Gub videos, its purpose is to let people know that this resource exists.
We also laugh at people who use the notion that published statistical data for a given period are updated to pretend that any conclusions drawn from a dataset at a given time are inherently flawed because there will be changes. The question is whether the changes will be big enough.
