A 95-year-old former N*** concentration camp guard has been deported from the United States and arrived Saturday in his native Germany where he is being held by police for questioning, authorities said.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency said in a statement that Friedrich Karl Berger was sent back to Germany for serving as a guard of a Neuengamme concentration camp subcamp in 1945.
Berger, who had retained German citizenship, was deported for taking part in 'N***-sponsored acts of persecution', the department said.
The case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice.
German authorities confirmed Berger arrived Saturday at Frankfurt and was handed over to Hesse state investigators for questioning, the dpa news agency reported.
Berger admitted to U.S. authorities that he served as a guard at a camp in northwestern Germany, which was a subcamp of the Neuengamme concentration camp, for a few weeks near the end of the war but said he did not observe any abuse or killings, prosecutors in the German city of Celle said.
A spokesman for the prosecutor´s office in Celle said police in the German state of Hesse had been asked to question him on his return to Germany. A police spokesman said there is no live investigation linked to him and he is a free individual and has not been taken in custody.
German prosecutors in Celle had investigated the possibility of bringing charges against Berger, but said in December that they had shelved the probe because they had been unable to refute his own account of his service at Neuengamme.
But prosecutors asked for him to be questioned again upon his return to Germany, however, to determine whether accessory to murder charges could be brought, police said.
Berger was ordered expelled from the U.S. by a Memphis, Tennessee court in February 2020.
The deportation of Berger was 'possibly the last' such US expulsion of a former N***, given the dwindling number of war survivors, one US official said.
In recent years, German prosecutors have successfully argued that by helping a death camp or concentration camp function, guards can be found guilty of accessory to murder even if there is no evidence of them participating in a specific killing.

Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger has slammed the site's leftist bias and claims its days of 'neutrality are long gone' in a new interview.
Sanger, 52, called alleged bias on the site he co-founded in January 2001 with Jimmy Wales 'disheartening' in an interview for a Fox News analysis.
According to his own Wikipedia page, Sanger has long 'been critical of the project,' and described it as being 'broken beyond repair' in 2007.
'Wikipedia's ideological and religious bias is real and troubling, particularly in a resource that continues to be treated by many as an unbiased reference work.'
Wikipedia pages related to socialism and communism contain show how the website has 'become merely left-wing advocacy essays,' according to Fox News.
'The two main pages for "Socialism" and "Communism" span a massive 28,000 words, and yet they contain no discussion of the genocides committed by socialist and communist regimes, in which tens of millions of people were murdered and starved,' the Fox News analysis claims.
Sanger told the outlet he is now working on a new 'Encyclosphere' project but said he doesn't think Wikipedia could be 'salvaged.'
His own Wikipedia page documents a long history of criticism against the site he co-founded.
Sanger's woes with the company were first revealed in 2004 when he wrote an article for the website Kuro5hin.
Sanger's article claimed that Wikipedia, which calls itself 'the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit,' is not perceived as credible by librarians and academics because it lacks a formal review process and is 'anti-elitist.'
In 2007, Sanger criticized Wikipedia again after the launch of Citizendium, another wiki-based encyclopedia he created to address the 'flaws' with Wikipedia.
Sanger said Wikipedia was 'broken beyond repair' and had 'a whole series of scandals' from 'serious management problems' to 'frequently unreliable content,' according to IT News.
The techie again distanced himself from Wikipedia in September 2009 when he claimed: 'I thought that the project would never have the amount of credibility it could have if it were not somehow more open and welcoming to experts.'
'The other problem was the community had essentially been taken over by trolls to a great extent. That was a real problem, and Jimmy Wales absolutely refused to do anything about it,' Sanger told Internet Revolution.
Sanger sent a letter to the FBI in April 2010 claiming that Wikimedia Commons was hosting child pornography, according to a BBC article.

In der Wikipedia gibt es totalitäre bzw. mafiöse Sozialstrukturen, die in Teilen der Online-Enzyklopädie eine sachliche Diskussion bzw. Editierung von Artikeln unmöglich machen. Besonders in politischen und sozialwissenschaftlichen Themenfeldern agieren einige besonders problematische Sichter und Administratoren. Wir weisen am Beispiel des Wikipediaartikels zur Person von Dr. Daniele Ganser nach, dass hierin gezielt Rufmord betrieben wird. Die Methoden dazu umfassen u.a. falsche Zitate, sinnentstellte Zitate, selektive Negativquellenauswahl, Zulassen von Quellen aus unsachlichen meinungsmachenden Zeitungsartikeln, ungewöhnliche bis sehr sportliche (sprich: absichtlich falsche) Auslegung der Wikipediaregeln. Auch versteckte semantische Textverknüpfungen, die aber psychologisch sehr wirksam sind, werden genutzt, um im Subtext Negativinformationen zu transportieren. So wird beispielsweise Dr. Daniele Ganser ohne bestehende Quellenbasis eine Nähe zu Holocaustleugnern angedichtet.
Die Mainstream-Medien berichten in der Masse fast ausschließlich wohlwollend über das Onlinelexikon. Es werden zwar (letztendlich erfolglose) Angriffe von Werbefirmen von außen auf die Wikipedia thematisiert, nicht aber die äußerst problematischen Wikipediaautoren in den jeweiligen Führunsgzirkeln. Diese gruppieren sich (nach Themen spezifisch) rund um bestimmte Administratoren und Sichter und gestalten einzelne politisch relevante Artikel gezielt unsachlich. Wir enttarnen zwei der Hauptakteure („Kopilot“ und „Phi“) im Artikel zu Daniele Ganser einerseits als Klavierlehrer aus Melle und andererseits als Historiker und Geschichtslehrer aus Hamburg mit Klarnamennennung.

Wahlvorschläge oder Listenwahl sind laut GG Art. 38 aber verboten da nicht unmittelbargewählt (direkt) werden kann.

Dabei obliegt dem Bundesverfassungsgericht einerseits die Kontrolle des verfassungsmäßig bestimmten politischen Lebens, das es im Lichte des Grundgesetzes interpretiert, dies unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der individuellen Grundrechte des Bürgers. Insoweit wurde dem Gericht, in seiner Eigenschaft als Hüter der deutschen Verfassung, die grundlegende Ordnungsbefugnis über die Verfassung im gesellschaftlichen Wandel zuteil.

(1) Die vom Bundestag zu berufenden Richter werden auf Vorschlag des Wahlausschusses nach Absatz 2 ohne Aussprache mit verdeckten Stimmzetteln gewählt. Zum Richter ist gewählt, wer eine Mehrheit von zwei Dritteln der abgegebenen Stimmen, mindestens die Mehrheit der Stimmen der Mitglieder des Bundestages auf sich vereinigt.
(2) Der Bundestag wählt nach den Regeln der Verhältniswahl einen Wahlausschuß für die Richter des Bundesverfassungsgerichts, der aus zwölf Mitgliedern des Bundestages besteht. Jede Fraktion kann einen Vorschlag einbringen. Aus den Summen der für jeden Vorschlag abgegebenen Stimmen wird nach dem Höchstzahlverfahren (d'Hondt) die Zahl der auf jeden Vorschlag gewählten Mitglieder errechnet. Gewählt sind die Mitglieder in der Reihenfolge, in der ihr Name auf dem Vorschlag erscheint. Scheidet ein Mitglied des Wahlausschusses aus oder ist es verhindert, so wird es durch das nächste auf der gleichen Liste vorgeschlagene Mitglied ersetzt.

Seit 2014 wird der Brockhaus, eines der renommiertesten Enzyklopädien der Welt, nicht mehr überarbeitet herausgegeben, also auf Papier gedruckt. Viele werden das gar nicht mitbekommen, denn sie informieren sich längst bei der Konkurrenz: Wikipedia, der größten Online-Enzyklopädie der Welt. Das revolutionäre an Wikipedia gegenüber dem Brockhaus ist die Art und Weise, wie Informationen gesammelt und archiviert werden. Die Datenbank der Wikipedia basiert auf der Schwarmintelligenz. Jeder kann einen Artikel anlegen, redigieren oder ergänzen. Damit man sich auf das Wissen von Wikipedia verlassen kann, existiert hinter der Datenbank ein Korrektiv, das Änderungen sämtlicher Nutzer vor der Freischaltung überprüft. Sinn und Zweck dieser Struktur hinter Wikipedia ist, dass die Datenbank neutral und wissenschaftlich korrekt bleibt. Nur ist sie das wirklich?
In naturwissenschaftlichen Bereichen lautet die Antwort eindeutig ja. Hier ist Wikipedia durchaus eine Quelle, die als vorbildlich bezeichnet werden kann. Geht es allerdings um aktuelles Zeitgeschehen oder Personen, die sich mit aktuellem Zeitgeschehen auseinandersetzen, wird Wikipedia immer dann parteiisch, wenn Artikel, die sich zum Beispiel mit Terrorismus beschäftigen, vom Mainstream abweichen. Immer, wenn eine wissenschaftliche Arbeit in der Analyse einem US-amerikanischem Weltbild zuwider läuft, wird ausschließlich die Sicht der US-Organisation Wikipedia veröffentlicht. Der Autor der alternativen Sicht erhält im Gegenzug schnell einen Eintrag als Verschwörungstheoretiker oder wird zusammen mit Holocaust-Leugnern aufgelistet.
Dieses Mobbing dient der Verleumdung und hat System. Die Filmemacher Markus Fiedler und Frank-Michael Speer weisen in ihrer Dokumentation „Die dunkle Seite der Wikipedia“ nach, dass hinter der Struktur der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia ein spezieller Personenkreis agiert, der es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat oder womöglich auch beauftragt wurde, jegliche Kritiker US-amerikanischer Politik zu diskreditieren. Die Leistung der beiden Filmemacher besteht vor allem darin, die anonymen Wächter zu enttarnen.

Like it's legendary prequel, 1989's "Golden Axe"; 'Revenge' is sideways scrolling beat-em-up set in a traditional fantasy world, in which the evil 'Death Adder' has arisen to take over the lands. The game supports simultaneous four-player gameplay, with each player taking on one of the game's characters. The four available characters are 'Sternblade' (a barbarian warrior), 'Dora' (a female centaurian), 'Goah' (a giant with a dwarf sitting atop his shoulders) and 'Little Trix' (an agile, oriental-style warrior).
As with 'Golden Axe', as well as standard weapon attacks, each character has a special attack move that is activated by pressing both JUMP and ATTACK at the same time. Also, double-tapping the joystick right or left will cause the player to charge and smash into opponents. At certain points during the game, players will come across certain creatures and contraptions (such as dragons, giant scorpions and catapults) which, once the original occupier has been removed from the saddle, can be mounted and ridden/utilized to attack the enemy.
At certain points during a level, as well as at the end of each level, dwarfs appears carrying a sack on their back. Players can hit the dwarfs causing them to drop food and magic potions. During the course of the game, players will also come across numerous trapped prisoners. These can be released by either opening their cages (by pulling a rope or similar) or hacking at their foot manacles.
Unlike the linear level layout of its prequel, 'Revenge' offers the player a branching route through the game, adding to its variety and longevity.

Seit 2014 wird der Brockhaus, eines der renommiertesten Enzyklopädien der Welt, nicht mehr überarbeitet herausgegeben, also auf Papier gedruckt. Viele werden das gar nicht mitbekommen, denn sie informieren sich längst bei der Konkurrenz: Wikipedia, der größten Online-Enzyklopädie der Welt. Das revolutionäre an Wikipedia gegenüber dem Brockhaus ist die Art und Weise, wie Informationen gesammelt und archiviert werden. Die Datenbank der Wikipedia basiert auf der Schwarmintelligenz. Jeder kann einen Artikel anlegen, redigieren oder ergänzen. Damit man sich auf das Wissen von Wikipedia verlassen kann, existiert hinter der Datenbank ein Korrektiv, das Änderungen sämtlicher Nutzer vor der Freischaltung überprüft. Sinn und Zweck dieser Struktur hinter Wikipedia ist, dass die Datenbank neutral und wissenschaftlich korrekt bleibt. Nur ist sie das wirklich?
In naturwissenschaftlichen Bereichen lautet die Antwort eindeutig ja. Hier ist Wikipedia durchaus eine Quelle, die als vorbildlich bezeichnet werden kann. Geht es allerdings um aktuelles Zeitgeschehen oder Personen, die sich mit aktuellem Zeitgeschehen auseinandersetzen, wird Wikipedia immer dann parteiisch, wenn Artikel, die sich zum Beispiel mit Terrorismus beschäftigen, vom Mainstream abweichen. Immer, wenn eine wissenschaftliche Arbeit in der Analyse einem US-amerikanischem Weltbild zuwider läuft, wird ausschließlich die Sicht der US-Organisation Wikipedia veröffentlicht. Der Autor der alternativen Sicht erhält im Gegenzug schnell einen Eintrag als Verschwörungstheoretiker oder wird zusammen mit Holocaust-Leugnern aufgelistet.
Dieses Mobbing dient der Verleumdung und hat System. Die Filmemacher Markus Fiedler und Frank-Michael Speer weisen in ihrer Dokumentation „Die dunkle Seite der Wikipedia“ nach, dass hinter der Struktur der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia ein spezieller Personenkreis agiert, der es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat oder womöglich auch beauftragt wurde, jegliche Kritiker US-amerikanischer Politik zu diskreditieren. Die Leistung der beiden Filmemacher besteht vor allem darin, die anonymen Wächter zu enttarnen.
