Part 2 of 2 presents the derivation from first principles of so-called vacuum light speed and Planck's constant by multiple approaches: 1) total intrinsic electron angular momentum or spin, 2) intrinsic electron spin based on summation of each quanta motion in the electron bit cycle and 3) intrinsic proton spin based on applying the formalism for the electron derivation to the proton bit cycle components.
