I used to only do southern cuisine, which now is a rarity, though I get the craving for Grandma's cornbread and a few other things from time to time, such as Heirloom Tomato Pie and Squash Caserole. I do a lot of French, Italian, Palestinian, Mexican, and North African cuisine, with occaisional forays into India and Thailand. I do not eat or make deserts, unfortunately. I will teach you the basic sauces, European and Medditerainian vegetables, proteins, and appetizers as well as classic British soups and useful tips along the way. I hardly ever eat out because the quality of food is so poor at most restaraunts- they for the better part just heat up frozen stuff and almost all of them East of the Mississippi are supplied by Sisco Foods, a subsidiary of Bayer-Monsanto.
