“For Every Tear I Cry” Lyrics
Verse One:
Lord, get me over
Get me over
Get me through the night
My heart is broken,
That once was open
Got no more strength to fight
I’m just a wanderin,’ only wanderin’
I got nowhere to land
I’m a wonderin’; just wonderin’
How I got here again…but…
Chorus:
You got a way for me
You got a way for me
A way for me to fly…
You got a place for me
A Holy Vase for me
For every tear I cry…
Verse Two:
Lord get me over
Get me over
Get me through these times
Ya!
My mind is aching
My bodys’ shaken
My soul is sore and tired
Sometimes I feel like
Oh I feel like
I’m broken and spilled out
Though I seem quiet
Struck to silence
My soul, it still cries out!
Chorus:
You got a way for me
You got a way for me
A way for me to fly…
You got a place for me
A Holy Vase for me
For every tear I cry…
Instrumental break….
Verse Three:
Lord, get me over
Get me over
Get me through the night
Ya!
My heart is broken,
That once was open
Got no more strength to fight
Sometimes I feel like
Oh I feel like
No where do I belong…
You set me free Lord!
My soul is free Lord!
Where You are I am Home!
Ya!
Chorus:
You got a way for me
You got a way for me
A way for me to fly…
You got a place for me
A Holy Vase for me
For every tear I cry…
You got a way for me
You got a way for me
A way for me to fly…
You got a place for me
A Holy Vase for me
For every tear I
For every tear I
For every tear
I cry…

Video Description: "What Will We Leave for the 7th Generation?" ( With Lyrics)
On wings of soaring eagles and to the heartbeat of soul-stirring & rhythmic music, journey deep into the world of Native American spirituality; this video explores the question stated in the title of the song. Ann sings about our life's purpose with regard to leaving a legacy of love & good works which future generations can benefit from, a mission which would include the preservation of our beautiful planet as well as becoming responsible & caring stewards of all resources.
"In every deliberation, we must consider the impact on the Seventh Generation." Iroquois Teaching
Ann was profoundly influenced by this statement many years ago during her years with Native American events, leaders, artists, & elders; and this eventually led to the writing of the "7th Generation" song which was first recorded in the late 80s becoming the title cut of an album by the same name. Having re-recorded the song this Spring (2016), it holds a place in the lineup of tracks in her album, "Redemption."
"NEVER BROKEN" VIDEO: The extended version of this song is the soundtrack for the video, "Never Broken," dedicated to Native American CODE TALKERS, honoring them for their invaluable contribution to Freedom.
WATCH: "Never Broken" about our Native American Code Talkers, found on Ann M. Wolf's YouTube Channel.
Ann also recognizes two of her Native American teachers in this video, Twylah Nitsch & Sun Bear whom she walked & served with, among other leaders, in her earlier years as a songwriter & spiritual teacher.

Because losing one is one too many...
ABOUT THIS VIDEO: It is "Our Time & Our Turn" to offer our support to our veterans & 1st-responders who are in recovery from service-related injuries. Ann M. Wolf narrates a moving message about the anguish which our soldiers & 1st-responders often endure, whether physical, mental, or emotional, as a result of serving in harm's way. The opening segment was written by VIETNAM VETERAN & PTSD healing & recovery facilitator, Joe Doyle, which is read by Ann M. Wolf to the instrumental track of her BB King-style blues song, "I Feel a Song Comin' On," This composition was arranged & produced by Tracy Collins.
With the USA losing veterans & 1st-responders to suicide daily, citizens are mobilizing and reaching out to our service men & women to offer a hand of fellowship in the form of amazing & creative programs, events & resources designed to promote healing and recovery for those who have endured some of life's most difficult challenges. It is the goal of thousands of activists, that no veteran or 1st-responder feel alone and unsupported.
Following the narration, several innovative individuals and groups are mentioned as examples of the many ways that citizens can become involved or that those who need support can find comfort, genuine friendship, and care as they heal. Special thanks to Marine, Joe Doyle for sharing his beautiful commentary with all of us through this video. To learn more about The Warrior Connection, go to: http://www.warriorconnection.org/

This KIA Ceremony is a moving collaboration honoring our Fallen, by Songwriter Ann M. COLLABORATORS: SSG Brad Heun works tirelessly on behalf of Veterans in East TN via the Volunteer Veterans Honor Guard, the VFW, and other area civic groups. Ann M. Wolf is known for her spiritual & patriotic songwriting and narrations. Ann says, "My hope is that with these videos I do, more citizens will come to understand the Price of Freedom and what it has cost the veterans and their families. It is imperative that most of America, (and not just a small percentage), learn to treasure Liberty and what it took to obtain it as well what it takes to keep it. It is also of utmost urgency that our national priorities become re-ordered so that those who serve in harm's way (to include our military and first-responders), receive priority care."

PTSD SYMPTOMS HELPED BY TRAINED K9: A demonstration of K9s' in a defense situation follows commentary from Adam Griffin of First Defense K9 explaining how dogs can be used to support those with PTSD. There are many approaches to K9 support & this is just one; but it has been clearly established that trained animals can definitely help mitigate depression and anxiety in humans as well as offer protection.

ABOUT VIDEO: This film was created in loving memory of the children & family members who have been lost to mass shootings, with consideration as well to those who are pulled away by traffickers, drug dealers, and others who prey on our young and other vulnerable citizens. The loss and grief is unbearable in these situations but in looking to the example of Mary, the Mother of Jesus as she endured unspeakable pain, we hold close to God as we comfort one another while continuing to work & pray on behalf of our children & families.
NOTE from Ann M. Wolf: "Places we have always trusted to be safe have now become a battleground where the lost act out their delusions, and the cost has been the lives and futures of some of our children. We barely brush off the shock of one event before another unfolds before our eyes. How do we cope with feelings of helpless as relentless attempts are being made to lure our young into darkness via the seduction of perverse cultures, drugs, and the promise of friendship for the price of their soul. With this song and video, I share a meditation of my heart, having contemplated the strength of Mary, the Mother of Jesus. How did she endure such anguish? What can we learn from her example as we face unspeakable pain and shock, unable to process what cannot be endured? Know that I grieve with you in your loss, and I stand with you as together we work against the darkness and we pray. With deepest love... from your friend, Ann M. Wolf"

ABOUT VIDEO: Live footage of HEROES IN ACTION (facing today's challenges on the street & at work), is accompanied by Ann's mournful track "I Feel a Song Comin' On," from her "Nothing But the Blues Without You," album. In today's world, not all communities respect & honor their 1st-Responders; meanwhile, in some towns, Medical Workers can be pushed beyond their limits to adapt, often lacking resources, personnel, or even medications they have relied on in the past in order to address the emergency conditions they must cope with today. Though, in every profession, a specific standard must be met, we must not mis-characterize the whole of a society or all members of a profession based on the actions of a very few. We must continue to stand with those who serve in harm's way on our behalf (& their families) and offer them our constant prayers, our compassion, and understanding, now more than ever. May God give these public servants strength and hope; and may each of us be granted the wisdom in how to move forward, learn from history & experience, yet never forgetting to care for one another with humility & respect.

ABOUT VIDEO: Described by some as DEVASTATING, COMPELLING, SOUL-STIRRING, this video honors those who served, the many who gave all & the thousands more who also lost their lives during this shocking episode in America's history. Yet, during this most terrible time, our Nation came together as never before, to help one another through this crisis. We shared a common cause & vision; and we pray today, to return to that UNITY under LIBERTY once again.
NOTE FROM ANN M. WOLF: "Nine-Eleven 2001 remains a terrible day, yet the heroism of so many is beyond what can even be said...stunning. So many first-responders never hesitated and gave all while others who served and survived have had health problems, PTSD, and devastation that they have lived with since. I am grateful & humbled beyond words to even try to address the pure meaning of such a moment when in the end, I am left speechless in having witnessed acts of pure love on the part of rescue teams and individuals. What's' more is that there are unsung heroes all over the planet and throughout history who have done the same and quietly continue. Love Lives, when we are able to see it beyond the noise of this world and such sacrifice connects us all to the heavenlies."
THE FILM & IMAGES: Footage of the utter devastation along with additional images from different 9/11 Memorials take you there; the statistics leave you humbled & in awe of the losses and sacrifices made.
THE SONG: Ann's composition, "Blessed are the Ones," offers a soulful accompaniment to the unfolding story with soaring vocals and beautiful orchestration. This song is a track found on two of Ann's albums, one named after the song, "Blessed are the Ones, " and the second album is, "A Patriot's Heart, In God We Trust."

LOVE GOD, LOVE OTHERS: Soothing words spoken by Ann M. Wolf over a sound-bed of peaceful, cascading melodies, bring home to the heart, the precious words of The Shepherd, "Love God, Love Others." This narration reaches past boundaries of religion, denominations, & culture where we can meet at the intersection of Mercy & Grace, as we reach out to others in compassion.
BASED ON THE TWO COMMANDMENTS OF JESUS: Matthew 22:37-40 King James Version (KJV)
(37) Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. (38) This is the first and great commandment. (39) And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. (40) On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
FROM THE NARRATION SCRIPT: "For in the end, He tells us, that we will find... that it was never about the buildings, or the ornaments, or the ceremonies, or reverse collars or pride we may have taken in how many verses of Scriptures we have memorized....
Because All He ever asked us to do with what He Gave us in His Mercy and Love... was simply for us to pass it on...because in the end...it will only be about the love we shared...as we stand before the Throne of Mercy..."

EVER HAD A BROKEN HEART? Ever been lost in deep loneliness? Ever struggled with the hope that someone you want to be with would make you a priority, but they just don't? Ever wonder if you will find love that would be reciprocal? Are you or someone you know caught in a desperate relationship cycle with someone suffering from serious & heartbreaking addiction?
ABOUT VIDEO TOPIC OF HEALING CODEPENDENCY: Ann M. Wolf's AC/Smooth Jazz fusion track, "Tears, They Wash Me Clean." becomes the foundation of the story of this condition as it unfolds. Though not spoken about as often as chemical or alcohol-based dependency illnesses, "Codependency" is often referred to as an addiction in and of itself, leaving millions of people in mental, emotional, and spiritual pain. The deep wounds may not be visible from the outside, yet can bring on depression and a feeling of perpetual loss. In this short-film, Ann concludes with her finding spiritual healing, though, for each soul, what brings about resolution can be different; and understanding more about the illness can help in discovering what steps to take to find relief.
MORE ABOUT CODEPENDENCY: Codependents are drawn to relationships in which they feel controlled or manipulated by another who either cannot or will not be committed to them or who remains emotionally unavailable. The unconscious "end-goal" then becomes, the codependent trying to engage the person they seek into the impossible deep commitment, thereby attempting to validate themselves in the process, a pattern often going back to childhood neglect or trauma. Codependents are more attracted to non-available people rather than available prospects which usually always ends in heartbreak. The codependent could also be attracted to persons affected by chronic addiction (such as an addiction to alcohol or heroin).
BREAKING FREE: Healing from Codependency is possible, but it does take a committed focus on identifying the dependency with others who will not ever "be there" as well as understanding where the pattern started. Much work is also done while in recovery, to learn how to set healthy boundaries, communicate needs clearly, handle loss, and choose healthy as well as available and responsive friends, among other skills & lifestyle changes.
THERE IS HELP: There is likely to be a 12 Step or Celebrate Recovery Program near you which includes support for recovery from Codependency; and in addition, community counseling services also offer many options. DEPRESSION & PTSD hardly escapes any of us or someone we love, whether brought on my trauma, abuse, loss, shocking change, and more. These days, with the added concerns of a global crisis & regional civil unrest, statics are showing an increase in emotional turbulence, addiction, and the effects of isolation. Then there are those who have endured PTS for a lifetime following military service or having served as a 1st-responder, healthcare worker, teacher, or other public servant; and for them, the nightmare is one they wonder, if they will ever be able to awaken from.
