A few years ago, a friend and I spent every Sunday exploring Bonaire's Mundi (rural area), looking for the perfect goat stew. Add a GPS enabled camera to Google Earth to get this virtual tour.

Nearly every evening plus/minus sunset, a self selected group of Flamingos make the flight to the Maracaibo area of Venezuela for the night. Nobody is entirely sure why. But many residents are on the alert early every morning to pick up exhausted Flamingos that landed as soon as they could, usually in the road.

Celebrating my one year recovery from major brain surgery, we take a grand tour to see friends and family. We flew into Las Vegas, rent a car and head for St. George, Utah. 10 days later we arrived back at Vegas and home to Bonaire.

The world's first underwater art exhibit, by Dutch artist Fred Ros at dive site "Front Porch" at Bongo's Beach of Eden Resort.. It ran from 3 Dec 2004 to 1 Feb 2005. It is in the "Above" list as one had to buy a ticket on dry land.
