Fuku Burger is a gourmet burger restaurant with a Japanese twist. It started as a popular Las Vegas food truck, and now has 2 off-strip, Las Vegas locations. I highly recommend you check them out if you love burgers.

South Point Hotel and Casino - Their buffet is open!

Fantastic off Strip hotel and casino. I failed to mention that they do not have keno like most of the other off strip hotel/casinos. Also, I don't know what their rooms are like. I've lived in Vegas for going on 18 years, so it has been a long time since I've stayed at a hotel.
