The following audio is evidence in the possession of the U.S. Department of Defense (international jurisdiction/trafficking/crimes against humanity) and U.S. Department of Justice.
The audio captures Florida Attorney Kim Lowry Picazio and William E. Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra the Bounty Hunter), Case Closed Inc., ‘interviewing’ key witnesses in the national profile kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.
In the audio you hear Attorney Kim Picazio talking to Cummings case witness Kristina Renee Prevatt (NOTE: Kim Picazio is NOT Prevatt’s lawyer and she is NOT a private investigator and she is NOT a cop). Kim Picazio tells Kristina Renee Prevatt that “Bonnie Warner” a Child Protection Social Worker (CPS) at Florida Department of Child and Family (DCF) and “Peggy Cone” a deputy at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office are going to be all over Prevatt if she doesn’t meet with Kim Picazio and make arrangements regarding her (Prevatt’s) child. She tells Prevatt the State of Florida is going to take her child if she doesn’t cooperate with Picazio.
According to recorded statements and/or sworn affidavits from William Staubs, Donald Knop, and Wayanne Kruger, at a later date – Kim Picazio drugged Prevatt with a “speedball” (cocaine and heroin) and tricked her into signing a document that surrendered custody of her child.
Kim Picazio was captured on tape during recorded interviews she granted to award-winning news reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth admitting she tampered with the custody status of Prevatt and admitted she ‘does it all the time’.
Donald Knop told Timothy Holmseth during recorded interviews that Kim Picazio physically possessed secret naked photos of missing five-year-old HaLeigh Cummings that showed close ups of sexual assault of the child’s vagina. Knop said Kim Picazio instructed him to give Bonnie Warner the photos in private, which he did, in the parking lot of a gas station after hours.
Bonnie Warner was captured on tape talking to William Staubs where she admitted she received the child porn photos of HaLeigh and admitted she did not turn the photos in to law enforcement because she said they were the photos she could ‘not show to her supervisor’.
Other evidence in the possession of DOJ and DOD shows Kim Picazio and her husband, Michael Picazio, are Mafia-CIA black operators connected to Jeffrey Epstein who are involved in kidnapping children using Child Protective Services (CPS), Family Courts, and other methods and moving the children through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC.
