Cheating Website Ashley Madison To Sue ‘Tinder For One Night Stands’ App CasualX

The infidelity website/app Ashley Madison has threatened to sue its competition CasualX after accusing it of copying its two trademarks. Ashley Madison has ordered the hook-up app CasualX to immediately change its branding and slogan or face legal action. Ashley Madison is concerned that CasualX, which markets itself as ‘the Tinder for casual s-x’, promotes its services with the words ‘Life is boring. Desire a fling?’ Ashley Madison says this is too similar to its own slogan: ‘Life is short. Have an affair.’ Ashley Madison also calls on CasualX to stop using a picture showing a masked woman pressing a finger to her lips, which it says is too similar to an image used for its own marketing. Ashley Madison helps married people have affairs, while CasualX is a no-strings-attached, no questions asked quick hook-up app.
