Afterthoughts----Not much rolling around in my head today. In all fairness 2000 Blues is from a tape but all the rest of the songs are from record. I like to say record more then vinyl. I generally only use the term vinyl when talking to people about records because its a word people identify with more. Or when talking about new music. I don't know when the word vinyl started being used but to me it is a newer term and I like to say records or albums when talking about 60's and 70's music. I just don't think of people from the 60's sitting around saying things like "Hey have you heard the new Hendrix on vinyl", right, they wouldn't, because it was the only format until 8 tracks. Well I guess there was reel to reel in there somewhere, but still I just prefer to speak of music in terms that fits the time period. To me it's anything from the 90's on I use the word vinyl or album. 90's and under I use record or album. But album gets a little confusing on it's own because a CD or tape can be an album. Sweet Jesus this entire conversation was completely useless. I'm just that bored.
