Animation Sample

This is an architectural animation sample of a use permit case. What makes this architectural project animation unusual is that the intention of creating this animation is not necessarily to show the details of the building. The goal of this animation is to show the nearby residents what they will see of the building should it be built, which is comparatively little. Therefore, while this is designed to be a really nice looking building, cars driving by it will mostly see the fence and the landscaping. From this sample project you can get a pretty good idea of the visualization tools that the architects are using for all of our architectural work. The architectural project animation was completed by Las Vegas architectural firm, SSA Architecture, Small Studio Associates, LLC. during 2016. As with all of our architectural projects this one was designed specifically for the needs and tastes of the client. This client's representative gave SSA Architecture and Ken Small a picture of a house that they liked to start the project. Throughout the design work, the architects and civil engineers worked to capture the initial concept in a building that was shaped significantly different than the original photo concept. SSA Architecture made the site and concept photo work together while adapting to those concerns with site topography and views.
