Governors from California, Ohio, Maryland, Oregon, and others have all announced cash prizes from a vaccine lottery to incentivize people getting the COVID-19 vaccine. Have we hit peak vaccination? Will these wasteful programs actually increase the amount of people that choose to get the vaccine?
