blood out of a stone.... another attempt to get to the truth

In my Herculean and continuing efforts to prove the pariah reputation engineered by London's metropolitan police or an Intelligence agency, one part of the secret deep state targeting programme I've endured for at least twelve years, my latest flop was making use of an unused tenants notice board close the the entrance of our block (Dayak Court) here in Brayards Road, Peckham, London SE15 3RF.
My notice for the attention of Dayak Court's tenants has been on show for about a week. I am surprised it's still there today (17th March 2021) because I was expecting it to disappear by now though had a back up ready should it have vanished.
To date, not one tenant has contacted me to tell me what he or she knows about the character association used as part of my targeting but in all honesty I'm not surprised about the ongoing silence because the whole neighbourhood has maintained a silence about what they've heard or seen about me despite my wasted flyer campaigns and other means to elicit this valuable information.
One neighbour yesterday, a friendly tenant asked after me with the sentence "...are you alright?". She then mentioned she'd read the displayed alert for all tenants here and I did my best to explain I'm starkly aware of my leper reputation across Peckham and beyond and could not understand why everyone is maintaining this silence which only helps a crooked police force and prevent exposure of the covert targeting programme.
Unfortunately she denied any knowledge of my dreadful pariah status and yet I have recordings within this block of slurs, some of a sexual nature directed at me and many more recordings of strangers outside saying very similar derogatory things. Maybe she is suffering with a case of cognitive dissonance along with the other tenants!
