Chef Anthony Bourdain, Dead at 61 - by Apparent Suicide

Anthony Bourdain has died, seemingly of suicide by hanging. A lot of well-meaning and lovely people are trying to offer help and advice to people with depression and who might be feeling suicidal. Here's some real talk from someone who has been at that point.
