How to Make an 8 ft. Tall Ringwraith Cloak

Designing and constructing a Lord of the Rings Nazgul inspired cloak that that will turn a 6 ft. tall human into an 8 ft. tall Ringwraith. Custom padding and straps secure the empty hood in place above the wearer's concealed head. Stay tuned at the end for a look at the complete Nazgul costume in a setting reminiscent of the Dead Marshes.
