A delicious little curry, really easy to make, meen molee can be made with any fish you fancy, here it's salmon & prawns.
You'll need :
1 tbsp mustard seeds
Fresh coriander (cilantro) finely chopped
2 tbsp garlic and ginger
Chilies (optional)
1 ½ tsp Paprika powder
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
400ml thick coconut milk
2 salmon fillets
salt and pepper to taste
Juice of two limes.
