US Army Panders to Emotionally Weak Millennials and Gen Z, Ends Drill Instructor Shark Attacks

Anyone who has ever seen how drill sergeants operate during basic training know that their sole job is to prepare soldiers and marines for the military and the possibility of being under stressful situation like combat. Not only that, they are also there to weed out those who cannot handle being under such conditions as well. Part of how they go about this is by using a technique referred to as the “Shark Attack” which is what we all know as their getting in the faces of recruits and yelling at them. The point of their doing this is to establish authority, weed out the weak, and prepare them for operating in less than ideal conditions. Well, this is now going to be a thing of the past, at least for the US Army, and it is not a step in the right direction.

They have decided that drill instructors using “Shark Attacks” might mentally and emotionally hurt Millennials and Generation Z during basic training. The very same people who are joining the military today that could be put in situations where the enemy isn’t going to care if they need a safe space, coloring books, and a trauma animal to pet. Which of course we all know this will end well.

In this video we take a look at the future of the military that has begun with the Army and will lead to nothing but emotionally unstable rejects playing soldier who will want to take their ball and go home once they are put under the pressures of serving and combat.
