Using live data with guidance and ideas from the CDC and WHO is how each country should move forward. The pandemic is different in every area and the responses should reflect those differences. Models are fine when no real world experience and data is available, but no plan meets conflict with the enemy. To stay ahead, the Government need to be flexible and respond according to the ever changing need.
