We're being told that these inventions are just meant for people with fertility problems and for premature babies, but after these devices become 'acceptable' then it isn't too many steps into the future to image a time when governments control who gets to have children, and how many, because all births will have to be authorized and conducted by artificial insemination into a biobag. Not too long ago, China controlled the number of children that it's citizens could legally have.
