GOING DEEP: Lecture on the Deep State & Shadow Government with Kevin Shipp, Part 1

First part of a three part lecture on the Deep State & the Shadow Government by former CIA Officer Kevin Shipp. Presentation given 7/21/2017.

THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT

The Shadow Government is a system that manipulates Washington, DC behind the scenes, that operates beyond the control of Congress, that even dictates the actions of the president and affects the daily lives of every American. It is real and has been growing in complexity for over sixty years. While the American people work long hours just to survive and make ends meet, the Shadow Government spends billions of dollars on secret operations, overthrowing governments and engages in covert wars that kill thousands – all without any vote or say by the American people; the people that pay the taxes the Shadow Government uses to fund these operations.

While their Congressmen and Senators promise they will make their lives better and improve their difficult standard of living, these same Congressmen vote for billions of dollars in military and covert action programs, taking contributions from the lobbyists of connected Shadow Government military industrial corporations. The people starve while the kings shower themselves with gold.

Biography:
Kevin Shipp, former CIA Officer and Anti Terrorism expert, held several high level positions in the CIA. He was assigned as a protective agent for the Director of Central Intelligence, a counterintelligence investigator, team leader protecting sensitive CIA assets from assassination, manager of high risk Counter Terrorism Center protective operations, lead instructor for members of allied governments, internal staff security investigator and a polygraph examiner tasked with protecting the CIA from foreign agent penetration. He is the recipient of two CIA Meritorious Unit Citations, three Exceptional Performance Awards and a Medallion for overseas covert operations.

Shipp also supervised the Department of State Anti Terrorism Assistance program and managed the protective detail assigned to the president of Afghanistan following the US invasion.

Born in Laramie, Wyoming, he and his family moved to Falls Church, Virginia where he spent most of his life. He put himself through college using college loans, working during summers and hitchhiking to and from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Later, he earned a Master’s level degree in forensic psycho physiology and the detection of deception from the Department of Defense Academy for Credibility Assessment.
